Almost perfect, but it could be even better. There is mosquito net on small window, but not on large terrace door, it should be added. Also there is no oven, just stovetop, maybe consider to change it with small one with oven. There is small basket for garbage - consider putting bigger one somehow. Also on terrace could be useful to have electric socket. Internet is a bit slow as usually in whole Greece, max about 15mbps (which can be much slower when used by several apartments), wifi coverage of house is good but it could be better in garden, could add another wifi access point for outdoor. Mobile signal is bad, it goes and comes, so you don't know when you can use it. In Chorefto mobile signal is good, but on Agia Saranda beach is no mobile signal, and taverns and bars use starlink for their wifi for guests, which works fine. Also, about area- Chorefto is small village, there is only one mini market not so good, few taverns (we were pleased with "to kimo"), some beach bars ("Central" is nice), sweet shop, so almost nothing. If you want bakery, better shop, butcher, you must go to village of Markirachi, which is higher in mountain, and if you need big supermarket, you must go to Volos which is "just" about one and half hour (48 km) away.

One of the best apartments we stayed in Greece. Probably one with best bathroom - rare occasion to have big bathroom with a lot of space. Christos is very nice host, it seems that he thought about almost everything to make his accomodation suitable for guests. He thought about big terrace, about parking spaces, about chairs and tables in garden (with trees placed and shaped to make shade for guests) where you can overlook sea and islands of Sporades, and also see parts of Chalkidiki, even Mount Athos is visible nice sometimes, he thougut about reception, about things you need in apartment. There is very good cleaning lady cleaning daily, changes towels, sheets, adds toilet paper, soap etc etc. There is small kitchen, enough if you want to make some meal, there is big closet with drawers to put your things, there is nightstands next to bed with night lights above, etc etc, and you can see all that on pictures on booking, it's all like in pictures and accomodation info provided on booking site. View from apartment is very nice. We didn't try to go to beach by foot but with car close are chorefto (good) and agia saranda (best) beaches - about 5-10 minutes, but roads are very tricky in whole Pelion, so you must drive slow and carefully.

There was no balcony where you can leave your clothes to dry. There were no mosquito nets on the door/french windows and there were quite a lot of them. My small one got 20+ bites all over his body. There is no mosquito repelent for the wall soket either. There were some missed opertiunities . For examples there were quite few places you can put sunbeds and hammocks for relaxation . Some playground toys and amenities for the small ones as there is nothing for them. No normal size garbage basket which was overfilled quite fast

Loved the location and the fact that it is not overcrowded . Very distant and quiet. There are very beautiful beaches nearby. Agii Saranta is 3 mins away by car.The house had a beautiful view . The room was clean and well equipped with everything you need for cooking.host was polite and helpfull

Location is unbelievable- 5 minutes downhill to beautiful beach. Return takes longer as it is quite a steep incline but totally worth it. Rooms are lovely. Amazing view. Christo is a lovely host.

Unfortunately we were there during storm Daniel so we did not have the chance to really enjoy the holiday or the stay. However the room was very comfortable! Loved having a balcony. It was very clean and the owner was extremely helpful and nice.

Everything was amazing. The room was big and very well equipped but most importantly so clean.Possibly cleaner than 5 star hotels. The location was very good, close to the restaurants and cafes. I would definitely recommend this place!

Exceptionally well built and comfortable house. The room was big enough and very well maintained. Balcony has privacy. Daily cleaning and changing of towels. Internet was good. Host Christos is friendly and available. And the best is the location of the house: gorgeous sea view from the hill overlooking the beautiful beach of Agia Saranta. House is isolated in nature, and lack of any human produced noise is paramount for peaceful rest. Only birds, wind and waves. Charming village of Chorefto is reachable by walking, but it is more convenient by car, because of steep ascend to the house.

We could sleep peacefully in the clean and comfortable room while listening the sound of sea or watch full moon above the open sea and enjoy beautiful sunrises surrounded by lush greenery of the mountain. The most beautiful beach is in a walk distance and not crowded.

Wifi could be improved

Location is fantastic with stunning view from the balcony. It's located just a few minutes walk from the beautiful Saranta beach. Host and staff were very nice and helpful.
