We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this accommodation; from the moment I arrived everything was thoughtfully prepared and welcoming; the space was spotless, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything for comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure I felt at home and had all the information we needed.

Everything was perfect

The rum was very nice. The breakfast was exceptionally good, every day a collection of local products, selected carefully by our host Maria. The location was perfect, near to the center of Potamos. Parking place was available without extra cost. Our host, Dimitrios and Maria, are very nice people, helpful, made us feel like home. They are the definition of Greek hospitality and kindness. Just to stay at Lidea is a reason to revisit kithira

Great stay at Lidea Boutique Hotel. Apartment was brand new, with clean and comfortable set up. Location of Potamos very well connected to the rest of the island. The hospitality of the hosts was the highlight of our stay. Would definitely recommend!

We loved everything

We loved staying at Lidea Boutique Hotel. Most of all we loved the hosts Dimitri, Maria and their son Mihali. amazing, friendly, kind, loving people and most of all went out if their way to make you feel like part of the family. The room was even better than in the photos. Very clean brand new hotel, the bed was amazingly comfortable the best bed we’ve slept in the whole trip in Greece. There was water, soft drinks and treats for us to enjoy. The breakfast was delicious with so much to choose from (fresh fruit, continental and Greek savoury/sweet pastries all the beverages just to name a few. Great cafes and delicious restaurants walking distance. A must stay when in Potamos in Kithira. We will return. We highly recommend this hotel a must stay

The roads are a bit narrow to drive there, but the owners provided clear directions on how to arrive.

Nothing, everything was just perfect

One of our best holiday experience! The hotel has everything you need to enjoy Kythira but there are much more. It was built and run by a family who treats the guest like their own family member. Every little detail has a purpose and everything is designed and run perfectly well. Hospitality, kindness and cleanliness is beyond any expectation. Everything is very well taken care. Beautiful garden, spacious room, excellent breakfast with a small variation every day. They even have their own generator to cover the quite frequent power cuts of the area. There is also water pressurizer which I have never seen in any island hotel at all. How forward thinking! All the tips and information were very useful and it was nice to hear also some personal and historical stories of the island. We really enjoyed our stay and if we come back to Kythira again, we will stay here again! Mrs. Maria, Mr. Dimitris, Manolis and Giorgos thanks for your efforts!

We loved everything

Lidea is the best accommodation we have come across on our travels. The premises is absolutely spotless and tastefully presented with attention to detail everywhere you turn. The location is peaceful and their garden is fragrant with lots of lavender and a 3 minute walk into town. The breakfast is beautiful with local produce carefully and individually sourced from different parts and villages and are all healthy options. Dimitri and Maria became like family to us in just 3 days. They both went above and beyond with amazing service, good will and were there to help us with anything we needed. They are lovely people and we won't forget their hospitality and kindness.

LOVED EVERYTHING

You couldn’t ask for better hosts ! Everything is meticulous,with a warm homely vibe.( Thalpori ) Breakfast is a culinary delight showcasing local produce and prepared by the beautiful Maria, Dimitris and family ! The boutique hotel sits nestled on the edge of Potomas Villiage and enables easy walk to the town square and a superb base to come back too after a day exploring this exquisite island ! Lidea Boutique Hotel is totally on trend and guaranteed to be a memorable experience 💙

Our stay with Lidea Boutique Hotel was a very enjoyable one. Quite a modern building but perfectly integrated in the environment of a Greek village, lovely hosts (we received good advice about the island, updated daily information about wind and beaches - Dimitris and Maria always had a smile and a kind word!), delicious breakfast with local products, proximity to the village center - we loved everything. And a thing I always appreciate in warmer climates because I avoid air conditioning as much as possible: we had insect screens and were able to sleep with the windows open.

Amazing hospitality! Mrs Maria and Mr Dimitris were really helpful, they gave us a lot of recommendations for food, beaches and things to do and they were eager to meet all of our requests and needs during our stay! The room was clean, spacious, and included everything we needed! It's totally recommended!

The room was very clean and well maintained, and the pictures are an accurate reflection of the facilities. The hosts were also eager to take care of us and provide guidance for the island. Breakfast was rich, especially given the small size of the property.
