Not a comment on the property itself, but worth considering renting a car if staying here. Stella did recommend that we hire a car but in the end we decided to just get a taxi to and from the airport as we planned to just stay in Haraki for the duration of our stay. This is very doable but as mentioned above, we did then end up in a bind when our son was unexpectedly unwell. There didn’t seem to be any taxis stationed in Haraki so aside from pre booking airport transfers, it’s not very easy to travel around without your own vehicle.

We had a really lovely stay and the setup was perfect for our family (two adults and a three year old and six month old). The studio was cosy but perfectly formed with very strong aircon (important during the heat of July!) and the room was kept very clean throughout our stay - the location is brilliant, less than a minutes walk from the sea (which was very calm and like a swimming pool so ideal for young children - I’d just recommend either bringing or buying sea shoes to help with navigating pebbles/stones and hot sand) and also the seafront is lined with different restaurants (almost every restaurant seemed to have high chairs and the staff were very welcoming of small children) and grocery stores where you could get all your supplies for self catering. Stella and her husband were so welcoming - there was a delicious salad and fruit waiting for us when we arrived (and various other goodies including home made marmalade) and they were very responsive whenever we had any questions or requests. Our son unfortunately became very unwell during our trip and as we did not have a hire car, Stella’s husband came to our rescue and helped us get him to the nearest hospital and to another town to pick up the medication he required. I don’t know what we would have done without their assistance - they really went above and beyond! Thank you so much for the phenomenal hospitality!

Nice location, very relaxing and with a good view of the sea! We had breakfast on the balcony everyday and we loved it. Stella was super nice and gave us tips and suggestions on where to go! Plus some amazing orange marmalade 👍 Highly recommended!

Eveything was great. Stella is a very friendly host and she was always online available for my questions. The apartment was exactly as shown on the pictures. I have to say that the apartment was very clean (thanks to Joanne), which is really important to me, cause i am mostly allergic to room and bed dust. I had no problem here and could sleep well. Near of Haraki Mare apartments there were enough restaurants, which have really good quality in perspective of taste. Haraki was also a good choice to have a rest and to be a little bit far away from daily city stress. I would like to visit here again with my family. Thank you Stella for everythind and for really delicious homemade marmalade!!🙂

My wife and I stayed here for a week in June 2024. The apartment exceeded all expectations! Very clean and well serviced. The beautiful hostess, Stella, is one of the nicest persons we have ever met... she could not do enough for us. Stella was on hand to deal with all of our queries and went out of her way to ensure we had the best stay. Stella provided up with fresh fruit, salads, home made marmalade in addition to the 'welcome' hamper which was lovely. The apartment is a 30 second walk down to the local beach and all the local bars and lovely restaurants. Haraki is a very safe, quiet and beautiful small village and perfect for a relaxing and chilled out vacation. There are not enough stars to give Stella and her accommodation but if there were I would give it 11/10 !! Thank you Stella for making us fell so welcome .....

We just stayed at this beautiful apartment- everything was perfect! Stella and her husband are great hosts and we were cared for wonderfully😊 she even made us a salad "dakos" in the Rhodian version which was amazing and we got other wonderful treats… for those of you thinking April is too soon to go there we can wholeheartedly recommend it - the weather was beautiful, enough tavernas were open to enjoy awesome Greek food and it was still quiet - there were hardly any tourists around so we could walk through Lindos and Rhodes town without the crowds😊 Thanks again Stella and were hoping to see you again soon😉

We were fortunate to discover this location. We were a family of 4. Host Stella was incredibly kind and assisted us with everything, from recommending excellent spots to visit and dine, to offering valuable tips. The room was immaculately clean and very well-maintained, and also very quiet. Location of the room - BEST ! close to the ancient ruins and you can climb the hill to see the great village view. Also it's maybe 20 steps from the beautiful beach of Haraki. The room has a sea view and we just sat outside all day and watched the amazing bay. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen came equipped with everything necessary. There are good restaurants nearby (we particularly enjoyed the Italian restaurant in the village which was excellent). The beach, promenade, and views were fantastic. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation that's the place you want to be in. A perfect 10/10!

It was literally on the beach, very clean (even a NEW washing up sponge + a dish washer and the relevant dishwasher tablets!!), everything you needed was there. The apartment included 2 Flat screen TV's if you wanted/had the time, some coffee pods, a microwave (I think as we didn't use it), kettle, toaster and toasted sandwich maker, enough space and hangers to unpack and many more. Mosquito nets in front of the windows as well as mosquito repellant plug-ins included. As mentioned elsewhere, the marmelade was out of this world and I loved it! Just perfect! Stella was a generous and very friendly host with so many personally touches. We are going back!

It was perfect for what we wanted, we couldn’t have asked for more.

Stella, our host, went above and beyond to make the experience as exceptional as it was. We fell in love with Haraki after visiting a couple of days before and were staying at a villa near Archangelos. After the visit, we decided to treat ourselves to a night there. It was perfect, the location, the peacefulness, the sea, the facilities (especially the tv which we didn’t spend much time watching but had all of the mod cons you would want and expect). Stella left us treats for our arrival and at our departure, was on hand if we needed anything but not imposing, a generally lovely human. We didn’t want to leave and would have stayed for the two weeks instead of the villa booking if we would have known the island and the area better. Thank you for a wonderful stay 💕

I loved everything about this property. It’s the best place I’ve stayed in Haraki(this was my 4th visit). It’s located at the quieter end of the beach, yet still near the tavernas. A large private balcony with a view to the sea and over to Lindos was a great place to hangout for the sunset. The property was designed with the traveller in mind, with great storage, plenty of outlets for plugs, and lots of small welcoming touches: home-made marmalade, oranges, wine, olives and snacks. These touches make this a step up from other properties in the area. And, Stella was fantastic as well- helpful, quick to respond, and happy to offer helpful tips. I’d definitely stay again, and hope to do so again.

Whatever I say is little.Great location and room spotlessly clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The beach is 5 meters away and the owner is amazing! Her many years’ experience in hospitality is unparalleled! Always willing to help us with anything we ask. It is worth mentioning the homemade bio-orange jam that he offered us, (made from her husband Yannis, who is a chef) among other things. DELICIOUS!!! Stella, thank you very much. We will DEFINITELY meet again!!
