There was no hot water the first 2 days

The shops and restaurants were very close to the accommodation.

The beds are not that comfortable. The apartment is in line with the Heraklion airport, so the planes landing there have to fly over the house, and it gets loud (but you get used to it).

Very friendly and helpful staff. A great point to stay if you rent a car and plan to visit the north-east with private parking. A nearby big market and everything you need. The apartment is exceptionally clean.

The room had chlorine smell and needed ventilation. Also the location is not easy to find and access via car. But for a short owernight stay it was ok.

The host are really warm and friendly.

Air con was weak. It was particularly hot when we stayed, but luckily, the terrace had shade in the morning and gave us what we needed to have a reprieve from the heat.

It had everything you need to self cater. We only stayed one night as booked an extra night in Crete to accommodate flights. Great location for beech and shops. Our terrace was in the shade in a morning, which was great. The pool was just metres away and in the sun so had the best of both worlds.

The rooms are very bright and there are no shutters, so you wake up from the sun. The parking is very tight, but there is also free parking outside the hotel.

By the beach. Has a pool. Great location. Very good value for money. The bar is also cheap and good.

The water in the shower was not hot, and there was no certain so the water coming out of the small shower.

Stuff was so nice, friendly, and helpful! One of the major advantages in this place. It is located on the beach. Free sunshades and sea wall which blocks the waves. The room is comfortable and well equipped.

The pool wasn’t very clean and had hair floating in it!

The apartment was clean and fine for the purpose of our trip - short stay after getting off a ferry. Very close to bus-stop for Heraklion and the airport. Wouldn’t choose to go there for a holiday.

Bed was very low and not comfy . Very bright sunshine woke us up on all sides of room . Quite dated but clean .

Quite near airport - about 15 mins in car . Cost 30 euros in taxi. Check in was fine . Staff in bar and owner of apartments were nice and chatty

Location is the best. Seafront hotell, 1 min to bus, 1 min to supermarket. Airport bus stop infont of hotell. Hotell with nice ocean view good pool bar with good food. You feel safe to walk home. Good area. Will be back !

There was no hot water for a shower but it seems to be related to solar usage since we arrived late at night. You just need to let the hotel know so the right power can be turned on as needed.

Great location and easy for a stay after a late night arrival from the airport. The family room was a good size for our family of 4. The pool looked great and the beach is right across the street. Sadly, we departed early in the morning to go to Knossos so were not able to enjoy either.

Main door to beach is closed after 12 at night till about 9 am in the morning. You have to walk all around the whole block to take a walk if you want a late night or early morning walk. Parking is hard barely 4 small cars ticky to park
