Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThere were a few snags in our room, loose fitting pull cord in shower attached to I presume was an extractor but felt like it was going to come off the wall so was left alone. Shower head couldn’t be adjusted for a gentler flow as that felt like it would come crashing down. Shower door did not close wetting floor outside of shower, quite slippy especially if using provided slippers. Water never fully drained from shower cubicle floor always a cold wet puddle of water when entering the shower. Glass panel around shower loose at ceiling fixing. I would have preferred a separate bathroom not a fan of a toilet cubicle in my room. Loose shelf above safe in wardrobe.
Firstly the hospitality and waiter staff were lovely and could not be faulted, food was nice, usual all inclusive fair maybe a wee bit limited choice but always tasty. Nicely decorated modern rooms, comfy beds fantastic sea views swim up room was great.

The breakfast was perfect. The staff was so helpful and friendly. It was a perfect place to just stay and get relaxed for a while. I did not get bored. Never feel hungry :) Easy to reach via public transport, if you go from Kos port.

IrelandThe WiFi could have been a bit better. Not to do with the resort itself but the public bus service is not reliable so maybe a courtesy bus from the hotel would have been good.
The staff were lovely. The rooms were well equipped and always clean.

United KingdomNot a lot.
All the food was outstanding and the waiting staff were constantly checking whether clients were comfortable or had any dietary requirements. The chefs were prepared to go the extra mile whenever necessary by preparing fresh food for those who needed. The pool area lies on an East/West axis so the sun is constantly on hand. To be fair, the property has enough shaded areas for those who need a break. The bar areas in the property and around the pool are constantly under supervision of the friendliest kind. We had a swim-up room which we didn't use. because they are shaded for most of the day; a bit disappointing and should we use this hotel again we might just have a normal room. We stayed at this hotel for only one night as an Airport stopover and found it ideal. It is in a quiet area and, if you are travelling independently, it's best to pre-book a taxi because Kos Town taxi drivers have an antipathy towards any traveller not going as far as the Airport. We would like to thank the hotel and its staff for making us feel so welcome and we would genuinely stay there again.

SloveniaThe small problem was that the shower didn't swallow water, and the towels didn't look freshly washed. Otherwise, we should have stayed in an room with a sea view, but we got an upgrade room with a pool, which was very nice and clean.
What we liked most was the food (breakfast, lunch, dinner - everything was very tasty) and the very nice people working there. We could talk to them and felt very comfortable. We also liked the concept of the resort, a great bar, in the middle the swimming pool, great cocktails served in the evening, everything was as great as you want it to be. At the food you have a great choice, from fish, meat, vegetables, Greek food, Greek salads, focaccia, pasta, and other specialties of Kos. Great food!

United KingdomSpa facilities was okay lovely lady however, quality was not there for what was on offer. Started on a manicure-shellac in the end it was not great, decided to stop, they did not charge me for it. Massage, was okay.
35mins taxi ride to the hotel from the airport, around 45 Euros to and from hotel-airport. Hotel was able to organise which was a plus and take payment by card. Location is a short bus ride into town. Brilliant stay, private pool is a must, was able to swim every morning and night, pool is cold but will warm up and not very deep. Very quite location, really nice views of the sea, the room I had was in the corner and was very private. Room was huge, spacious, staff was lovely and accomodating. Albana at the bar was lovely, approchable, she made all kinds of drinks. Facilties brand new, with a space to do some work, cleaning staff was lovely to make up my room everyday to high standard. Booked an all inclusive, food was nice, wished there was more traditional greek food on offer.

United Kingdomunfortunately the location is quite far from town, although taxis are readily available and not too pricy. there’s also a bus stop down the road. there were a couple of things that were not amazing, but this might just be because it’s off season so still quite chilly and potentially still preparing for full season- one was (and I think someone else mentioned this as well) the cleaning staff were active quite early in the morning and on both occasions we got woken up at around 8 by quite loud chatting, shouting, they were lovely and did apologise when we went to see what the commotion was about (we thought something had happened) and this wouldn’t normally be an issue but we’re quite light sleepers and we were hoping to relax and sleep in.. the other one was that was a bit odd, we had a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival and it was never refilled and the last thing is the water, it just was not maintaining the temperature chosen going from hot to cold
The staff were great, they were super nice and always ready to help. The pool and the swim up apartments are amazing! The all inclusive food was varied and nice. we were offered a nice bottle of prosecco and some snacks upon arrival- very nice gesture. the beds are very comfortable and big and the design is lovely and the outside pool area is amazing. the views are great as well

United KingdomSpa was closed (early season visit possibly?), Little niggly issues like bottles of water were not included in the all inclusive price. The specific room was on a lower ground floor and the stairs down were under a low clearance, resulting in banging head. It was a stupid and annoying, ok if guests are below 5'8.
Staff were always friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely and sunbeds plentiful. A quiet location. WiFi was good and wide selection of drinks. Kos town is 10 mins drive away, or 12€ taxi, the harbour and old town great to visit.

GermanyThe shower and toilet doors weren't good - you simply hear everything and the floor gets wet. But it is still okay. If you're vegetarian the choice for food can be a little limited but it's still okay. There could be a change in fruits - we had the same ones everyday for every meal.
The hotel has a nice size. Its never crowded. The employees are sooo nice, they made our vacation. The food was good, a good selection, the omlette station is great. Note: If you are choosing a room with private pool - some of them a in the shade the whole day...

SerbiaThere should be more sunbeds by the main pool. Often difficult to find a spot unless you go early.
Brand new building with modern nice design , very welcoming. Rooms with private pool are fantastic and so is the large common pool. Staff are very nice and helpful. Poolside bar is great with a wide range of cocktails, warm and hot drinks, all included in the room price. Food is simple , healthy and well prepared with a wide choice . Wine and beer are free of charge and quality above average. No comparison with the greek tavernas thay are all over the island.

GreeceFrom the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the breathtaking Aegean view – it’s even more stunning in person than in the photos. Waking up to the endless blue sea in the morning was simply magical. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made all the difference. Every detail was perfect. The food was absolutely amazing – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Each meal was a delight, whether I was enjoying breakfast with a view or a relaxing dinner. This place felt like a dream, and I already know I’ll be back very soon. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

GermanyWe arrived very late at night, so were really tired. First, we had to fill out an online form on our phones for check in (took ages with passport number etc.) and then had to pay upfront just then in the middle of the night for the whole stay. Never happed to us before and we were quite bewildered as to why that was. Did they think we would leave at dawn so as not to pay for our first night? The all inclusive had only limited alcoholic drinks and for the first nights (the hotel had just opened for the season) there was no juices for the cocktails, so they used Fanta instead - tasted terrible. Also, no bubbles, not even to pay for extra and the wine they offered tasted more like a cheap table wine and also nothing to buy for extra money in terms of better quality wine on offer. Around 7 am the cleaning crew started to make quite some noise - so sleeping in was not possible. A little disappointing on a holiday when you might want to sleep in. The shower only worked with the handheld shower but not with the overhead one. That was also very inconvenient but we were lucky as we heard from other guests that their shower had only cold water for their first 3 days and they were not able to fix it at first. So, I guess we were lucky with our handheld one which was at least warm. Be aware that seaview means you can see the sea but only from far away as the hotel is not at the beach.
The hotel was all inclusive, so all food and drinks included. That was convenient. The pool is nice and we got an upgrade of the room as we the first room they put us in was quite smelly. The new room had direct pool access and a private terrace as it was on the ground floor. The staff was very nice and helpful and they tried their best to always clear the empty tables during the food time and smiled all the time.

Staff were super pleasant and helpful. Always had time to chat and ask about your day and life back home. I will miss the staff for sure.
