We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

RomaniaThe studio is well equipped & clean. It comes with a nice terrace,a kitchenette and a private parking spot. Also, the building has two elevators which is great! On top of that, the property is located really well - the old town is few minutes away by walking & lots of restaurants and shops (even nonstop grocery shops) are nearby.

United KingdomI requested a cot bed for my child which is under 1 years old and despite they were offering a free cot bed as per the description, they didn’t provide one, instead they prepared the sofa bed for my under 1 year old child to sleep. Unfortunately I had to stay in the room, risking my child falling down during the night. I only chose this property because of the cot bed , as I could find a lot cheaper flats in the city centre with a sofa bed for my child , I just wanted to provide a safe sleep to my baby which I couldn’t. Very disappointing. Also I tried calling the host and they never responded to my calls. Lastly, I asked the host if I can check in earlier and they agreed to it , however when I arrived at the property the keys weren’t available and there was no one around so I had to wonder around the town until the official check in time. I would be ok if the host didn’t agree for me to check in earlier and I would manage my time to arrive at 15:00 , but I find it very unprofessional to agree for my early check in but you don’t have the room available .
