Spacious, new apartment, nicely decorated

Everything was great, the rooms were renovated, big fridge, big tv, very good internet, etc. The location has a very large covered parking lot, and most of the rooms face it, but also offer a view of the sea, which is just a few steps away. Shallow water, sandy beach ... so, perfect for small children. The property also has a bar with a terrace right by the sea, with sunbeds, showers, relaxing music, and a chill atmosphere. I’d suggest the owner try to smile a bit more, as he always seemed quite preoccupied. The property is beautiful, and at his age, he should really take the time to enjoy it as much as possible, for as long as he can

This isn’t necessarily related to the property itself, but more to the atmosphere created by some of the other guests. Since the place has a large number of rooms, there are quite a lot of people staying there. Our room was on the ground floor, and I often had to connect to my laptop to handle some business matters, which worked out fine using the small table in front of the room. What really took me by surprise in a very unpleasant way was how it never took long before someone would start nosing in with intrusive questions about why I was on the laptop... A really weird experience

We liked the location, it is at the beach so you can walk to beach directly from your room. The rooms and apartment are fully renovated and we really liked the sense of luxury of the room. The best apartment is A1, beacuse you have more privacy at night if sitting outside and there is always cozy breeze, so that you do not need air condition at all.

I would suggest to provide changing room at the beach so you can change your swimming suit without going back to the room. It would be great to have new and larger playground for kids. It is a pitty there is no better variety of food at the beach bar (only toast and hot dog), because everybody would eat there.

Everything was spotlessly clean, modern, and fully equipped — it truly had everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is unbeatable — the beach is literally just 10 seconds from your bed! Waking up and walking straight into the sea was a dream. The area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, clean, and perfectly located stay by the sea. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Magnificent location, right on the beach. A beautiful complex with enough parking spaces and very well-maintained green areas. The beach is wonderful and very suitable for children. The bungalows are spacious enough and air-conditioned. The kitchens are equipped with everything you need. You can have a very pleasant time there.

The shower cabin is quite narrow and was closed with a shower curtain. Unfortunately there were a lot of ants, including in our bungalow, but this may have been an exception... However this inconvenience should not stop you from choosing this accommodation.

I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality.

Apartment is brand new and modern, everything is perfectly fitted. We liked the glass fence at the balcony which had a beautiful view to the sea. The beach is just a few steps away, perfect for little kids. Beach bar is nice, great coffee, icecream and cocktails and Kostantino who works there is really helpful and friendly. Parking is covered and safe. It is quiet at night, except when there is a party in the house next to it, but we were fine with it. There are sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach for guests and the beach is not crowded and noisy, which we liked very much. We would definitely come back and reccommend to everyone.

The owner is always a little bit grumpy and never smiling, not very friendly, but we did not mind. You do not get two cards to enter the room, because the owner is in fear you would leave the aircondition on all day, but we needed it so I do not have to stop everything to open the door to my husband jundred times a day. It would be perfect if the beach bar had pizzas, basic pasta and french fries. We would appreciate if the apartment had a drying rack for dishes. There were no free toiletries as stated on booking, so at least the toilet paper should be given , not only one piece.

Beachfront, amazing service. Mr. Nikos (the owner) was very kind and accommodated us with every request. Everything was renovated from scratch.

I would prefer to have a vanity in the toilet instead of the kitchenette.
