Twin beds. This does seem to be a thing abroad but as a couple it’s nice to have a double.

Good location. Allowed us to leave luggage prior to check in. Easy access. They left water in the fridge and a coffee tea station which is a nice touch.

I didn’t like that reception had a strict opening and closing time, so I wasn’t able to leave my luggage at reception prior to opening at 10am / check in, and I also wasn’t able to leave my luggage at the hotel past 5pm. Something very minor however something that I did find as an inconvenience.

I loved the central location of Hermes Xenon. The hotel reception was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to provide me with details of local attractions to visit and ways to get there. Very helpful indeed. I also found the room quite comfortable with all the necessary facilities.

Very tired looking. The door to the room looked like it had been kicked in a few times. The beds were rickety and not particularly comfortable. The French windows were brittle and not particularly good.

Tea and coffee in the room. Simple check in system. Aircon was very good. Nice shower and washing products. Two pillows each which is good.

Despite being centrally located, we didn’t hear much noise from the street. However, we did notice some sounds from neighboring rooms. That said, a good pair of earplugs did the trick and we had a comfortable stay overall.

The best thing about this place is its location—just a short bus ride from the airport and within walking distance to the city center. The room is small but has everything you need: air conditioning, a mini fridge, and a kettle with coffee provided. The staff was very friendly and check-in was simple

All as expected after reading other reviews. Basic furnishings, dated and without charm. But happened to see other section currently being prepared and it looks lovely. I'd happily book there in future.

I havent tried other doors, but code seems quite predicatable.

Bus from airport (15min) has stop only about 50m to accomodation. Doors are accessible by code, so you can checkin anytime.

Room nothing like the pictures. Was very small, the balcony was very grim and had one stained deckchair that would only seat a small child. Furniture very old and door looked like it was made from MDF. The shower had a curtain which let all the water escape on to the floor. Was not pleasant.

Location was good. Quick to respond to messages. Room was clean.

Room cleaning was very basic and often not done properly. One of my towels got dirty, so I put it on the floor. The cleaner replaced it with....the same dirty towel, folded up on the bed. No 'do not disturb' signs available so when it became clear the cleaning was not that great, I wrote my own 'do not disturb' notice as there was no point having someone in there that only did half a job. I also brought my own cleaning products to finish the cleaning of the room myself. . Extremely tiny shower - too small for one person. Not enough plug sockets. Not a social place, so ok if you are a couple or family, but not for a solo person. Cleanliness could be much better.

Great location. decent sized bedroom, electronic check in reduced the need for keys. Staff available over WhatsApp - though they could sometimes be a little hard to get hold of quickly.

The room was tiny, outdated, bathroom not great either, no amenities, very expensive for the value of what we got.

The staff member at reception was helpful and I felt safe in the area, close to the old town.

The only small thing was that the bed was quite creaky, and a little uncomfortable. But still absolutely fine.

Really great location, and incredibly helpful member of staff on reception. We were able to drop our bags off early so that we could explore. Simple room, but clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed, including air conditioning (which they had turned on so the room was cool when we checked in). Perfect for what we needed.
