The jacuzzi area doesn’t open until 11am which is the same time as check out so we couldn’t use it.

After arriving late from a stressful journey staff were extremely welcoming and check in was easy. I had booked an Acropolis view room and got exactly that it was breathtaking to see the acropolis so close. The hotel is perfectly located for the Acropolis and surrounding area and feels very safe. There is a beautiful roof terrace and jacuzzi area. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious

This was a great location in the shadow of the Acropolis. The Acropolis, its museum, train station and other attractions were all just short walking distances.

The hotel was perfect.

The Herodion Hotel has a perfect location just next to the Acropolis Museum and only a few metres away from the hop on open top bus stop. Really good location for walking around Plaka (lovely local food) or heading into the Athens high streets. Our hotel room was upgraded due to being on our honeymoon a lovely gesture. The room was equipped with everything you should need and very clean. The reception team were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Access cards to the rooftop hot tubs were such a treat and we highly recommend the A point roof top restaurant where we had a beautiful meal with the acropolis Parthenon overlooking, just stunning! Breakfast was great, a mixed selection with something for everyone, fresh ingredients and not too busy. A huge thank you to all that made our stay so relaxing and memorable.

The roof top restaurant wasn't open on Monday nights which was the only night we spent there! Such a shame, after a days travel it would have been lovely to go there if it was open.

Our room was lovely, the staff were amazing! Friendly, helpful and professional. Very close to the museum and we could see the Acropolis from the roof top bar.

Staff did not show me my room and my transfer was quoted one price then the driver wanted to charge more. Hotel worked it out but I felt they were mad at me.

We had a room with Acropolis view and that was incredible. I’d recommend trying to get a 4th floor room to get more above the adjacent schoolyard! :) The place is well sound-proofed though so it wasn’t a bother. The rooftop hot tub was a fabulous feature. Also it is directly next to the Acropolis Museum and the south slope ticket gate. Excellent location.

Hot tub wasn't hot. Air conditioning wasn't working yet and it was humid while we were there.

The location of the hotel is great , close to all Athens main attractions. The room , staff and all the hotel facilities were great. There is a roof top with jacozy. The Breakfast is very nice and tasty We had a great experience with the hotel and I recommend it with pleasure
