The most stunning and beautiful breathtaking place I’ve ever been. Words couldn’t do it justice. Close walk to the beach and restaurants yet very private quiet and peaceful large private pool separate rooms beautiful absolutely gorgeous. Thank you to the amazing people Lefteri and Sophia best place you could ever stay.

The Villa is amazing. Unique architecture. Tranquility and great aesthetics. Very quite, sense of isolation, although 2-min drive from the beach-front. The host very friendly and helpful

Amazing 2bdrooms, décoration, bed, cleaning every day. It was perfect ! With very nice swimming pool Sofia was so helpful, we enjoyed our stay with our 2years old so much ! 1min drive from the beach.

A bigger dining table is needed outside for 4 people. It’s a tiny table with very uncomfortable chairs. We only had 3 Sunbeds for 4 people and it took a while and 3 calls for the fourth to arrive. The staff weren’t the friendliest to be honest, it felt like we were hassling the reception every time we called. For the price we paid, we would have expected breakfast in the rate, and it even mentioned breakfast when we filled out our welcome sheet. Very expensive if you want to order from the restaurant. The bathroom needs a window, and there needs to be a few more towel rails in the bedrooms, along with more storage.

The villa itself is outstanding, clean, well thought out. The beds are super comfortable with fantastic bedding and pillows. AC works great, views are uninterrupted, it’s super peaceful and tranquil. The pool size is amazing, as is the temperature of it. 10 min walk from the beach but far enough for it to not be too loud or hear anything from the far out beach club. Esmeralda was a fantastic cleaner and came every day. The outside seating area was very cosy, low sofas and comfortable Sunbeds.

Everything was perfect. Period.

First of all - this exceeded our expectations and some. The photography of the place gives qn appearance of a small villa. When we arrived, we were blown away by the size. Photos are deceiving inna good way! Staff were amazing, the villa manager picked us up and dropped us off. Ran us through the villa and if we needed anything how to contact them. The villa is partially isolated giving you the privacy away from somewhat bust far out beach strip in Ios. It's a 10minute walk from the beach and restaurants but if you feel like staying in, having a dip in the pool, tanning or putting something on the TV and relaxing this place has it all. Already looking into booking this again for 2024 - would reccomend this villa whether your a party animal or on your honeymoon looking for some privacy like myself. 11/10

It is calm, there is a lot of place, the pool is really clean, it is really a beautiful villa.

Kitchen could have been better stocked ie salt and pepper, olive oil. Also not many wine glasses and no toaster. Reception staff not very friendly or helpful.

Loved the villa and its pool which ensured a fabulous holiday even though too windy for boats or beaches due to the Meltemi winds. Location was also excellent as far enough from Farout Club that noise from the daily pool parties didn't intrude. Easy to access bus to Chora. Day spa was excellent.

The cleaner was a little rude but I’ll let it slide as everything else was perfect!

Everything was exceptional, front of house couldn’t do enough to ensure your holiday was perfect, manager of the hotel beyond exceptional. Extremely professional man who went out of his way to again ensure a perfect holiday.

The staff at the reception was awfully rude and unresponsive. There was actually no room service as any food order placed in the morning/late morning would only be served after 1.30pm as this was the time lunch should be eaten according to the staff. Unlike the other Far Out accommodations, the Hide Out villas are not offered a shuttle service and a paid transfer service of 50€/person/day from the villa to the beach may be available, subject to the staff's ability to book a cab. The location of the villas is unknown on Google maps as the restaurant we ordered food from is not able to locate it and the lady at the reception refused to help.

The villa was beautiful.

Only one bathroom and one toilet to share in a 2 bedroom suite. House keeping did not come in to clean in 5 days we were there only giving towels coffee pods and water. Floors were filthy and not once cleaned. Reception were rude and did not follow up on any requests.. even after we requested to speak to the manager.. he was “unavailable “ poor effort in a supposedly top end villa. Very disappointed 😢
