We were staying in a family suite. Big and comfortable room. Everything was great.

We had a family room for 4. Whilst the single beds were comfortable, the children slept on a sofa-bed. It was very squeaky! The mattress is thin too. The sofa bed is suitable for children under 12, but not adults. There was a dirty cup in the bathroom. The air con only cools down to 20.5C. It was manageable but we heard some US guests complain it was still too hot in their room. In my opinion, it was far better than the 38C outside in Athens! But perhaps us Brits are less reliant on cold cold air con.

We booked 3 rooms; a family room for 4, and x2 twin rooms. All rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Helpful reception stored our suitcases for us when we arrived from the cruise ship at 10am. (Check-in is at 3pm).

I had specifically asked for two twin beds and that request was approved and confirmed. When we got there the twin beds were not available. I picked this hotel based on the twin beds. The resource book was a little out of date and should be updated.

It was a little out of the way but we found our way. Breakfast was a little overpriced but good.

The mattress was very soft for my taste but overall it was very comfortable

The water pressure in the shower was pretty low, perhaps this was a technical issue as our room was located on the top floor. During the night, the airconditioning did not manage to cool down the room so it was pretty warm to sleep.

Rooms were large enough for a family of 4, the breakfast was nice, the hotel staff was very friendly and ready to help with any questions we had. The location is great, just a 5 minute walk from a metro station.

Kitchenette could be better. Cramped and without some basics like knifes to cut veggies etc but staff try to help.

The staff are fab. The beds are very comfy. Suites are very generous in size!

The beds were a little stiff or perhaps orthopedic mattresses but hardly a problem, they were simply harder than we were used to. Housekeeping had not provided bags for waste paper baskets for the first two days so we provided our own, again not a problem, just requires a little more attentiveness to detail. The property may want to spray for ants, the balcony was filled with them, possibly owing to the lovely trees that flank the front of the building.

The breakfast offered a good selection of continental or American options (bacon, eggs, sausage toast,) fruit and cheese platters, breakfast rolls, cereals, muesli, Greek yogurt, a daily selection of local Greek cheese or spinach pies, dessert rolls and an array of coffees and teas. An excellent start to the morning! The location was excellent on a quiet, cobblestone street lined with trees and flowers that gets little to no car traffic The room has a lovely little balcony overlooking this street, and there was very little noise. The property is adjacent to the Music Hall Metro Station, making it ideal for transit through the city. Mr. Manolis and Ms. Konstantina at the reception were very personable, courteous, willing and ready to spring into action for any request or problem we had, and were exceedingly kind and professional throughout. Our stay was so enjoyable largely because of their care and attention.

I only had the breakfast once and I have to say the cooked food was not too impressive although acceptable. Perhaps normal pork sausages, mushrooms, tomato or beans even. Not sure what the samosa thing was all about.

Location was very good for my purposes. The room was spotless and spacious and had all the facilities needed. Bathroom excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
