Very clean and good location

The location is perfect! Everything is nearby. It’s perfect for two people!

The location was fantastic, the house was very clean, and our host was very attentive, even allowing us an early check-in. If I return to Xanthi, I would definitely want to stay here again.

There is a problem with the shower; it is barely flowing.

Proximity to center of town

Host dishonestly listed this as one bedroom apartment. THIS IS A STUDIO!! BED, COUCH AND KITCHEN ARE ALL ONE ROOM!! We booked for 4 adults and had no privacy . She claimed we should have called her to ask !! Why would I call to ask if you list it as one bedroom apartment NOT ONE ROOM!! We booked saying there were 4 adults coming. The property did not specify anywhere that it was for 2 adults and 2 children ( as she claimed once we got there). The pictures were deceiving. No paper towels or kitchen towels available, bathroom so tiny and not in good condition , the shower area was less than 2 feet by 2 feet. Water pressure in the bathroom almost not existent, hot water was disappearing on and off. Taking a shower was a huge challenge, the holder for shower head on the wall was broken, the entire bathroom was about 4x5 feet. Elevator was not working on the floor the apartment was on.the view from balcony was multiple huge garbage containers and a church. There was a washer but no laundry detergent. No soap holder in the shower so you had to put the soap or shampoo outside the shower. There were only 2 small hooks in the bathroom so with 4 people you could not hang your towels. Garbage trucks were coming around 6-7 in the morning and church bells were ringing around the same time. You were awoken by those every morning. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Clean apartment in the heart of town with a great view. The host was kind and easy to reach.

- Superb location of the apartment. Right in the city center so everything was within walking distance. Across the apartment was a park that allowed for some quiet hours at night. The view was also really nice, looking over the park and the mountains in the background. - The apartment was clean, had us covered for basic amenities and was beautifully decorated. - Good value for money.

- Non-existent host. We had some basic communication prior to our arrival where we received instructions on how to get the key. While we were told to contact them over the phone, we were unable to get a hold of them when we did call. Basic instructions for the apartment were received on our check out day (hopefully we had already figured everything on our own). - The apartment had no means of heating other than A/C. This did not prove adequate during the night time and also requires constant operation which deteriorates the air inside. Also, the apartment has no Window shutters and has poor insulation. - The bathroom was really small and the door could barely shut. The shower inside was so confined that I was barely able to turn while inside, meaning that someone larger than average should not attempt showering. - You will have trouble finding parking space nearby on the street during morning hours. Either pick a paid parking or wait for the afternoon where everything clears up.

The apartment was very clean and central. Our host waited for us until 22:00 for check in. She was very sweet and helpful.
