It was clean, every day towels were changed and garbage cleaned. Terrace was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Internet was very good. Communication with Pavlos was very good, same as with other guy.

Great base to explore the peninsulars of Halkidiki. The town is lively and has many nice tavernas. Free parking area only 100m away, make sure you follow the owners instruction or you'll end up lugging your bags uphill unnecessarily!

Pavlos and his friend were great hosts, the rooms were spacious and they had a big balcony. Our bed was comfy, the sheets and towels were changed often and the room was cleaned every day. It was close to the town center and walking distance from a great beach. If you plan to eat out and explore Sithonia this is a great place to book

The villa location is so close to the beach. The owner was so helpful. Clean rooms and quiet village if I can call it village. To be honest it needs two better pillows😂but anything else was perfect. Free and safe parking too. I think we will be back soon. Thank You.

We had a delightful stay in Neos Marmaras. The room was clean, bright, and well-equipped, featuring a spacious balcony with a lovely city view. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, with easy access to local amenities. However, we recommend renting a car to fully explore the beautiful Halkidiki region. The area is characterized by numerous uphill and downhill paths, which might be challenging for those who prefer walking. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would recommend this accommodation to others visiting the area.

Wifi connection was really weak at balcoon. And wifi connection wasn't perfect inside the rooms too.

As a cheap place to stay - it was awesome! It had everything I need - clean room, clean bed and sheets, clean towels, small TV, hot water in the shower, air-condition, a small fridge. There even was a private kitchen (which I was not expecting). Keep in mind this is not a 5* hotel!

The room was excellent, the furniture was new, the shower always had hot water and strong pressure, two young men changed the towels every other day and took out the garbage. Excellent price/quality ratio!

The only drawback of the apartment is the problem with the shower cabin, which does not have any screen or protective glass, so the bathroom is always completely wet after showering. I also think that every apartment should have a small stove. We were in the smallest apartment in the basement, i.e. -1. I think the other larger apartments have a stove. These are small things that can be fixed, although in general the apartment met our expectations.

The location is excellent, close to the city. Also, the owner was great and very kind, she fulfilled all our possibly crazy requests that may not even be included in the standard services with the booking. She was happy to help us with all our problems, and the apartment was very clean, the apartment was cleaned every day (tightening the sheets, taking out the trash, wiping, etc.), while the towels were changed every other day, unless it was necessary earlier. Also, sheets are changed after 2-3 days. Overall excellent and satisfying experience.

We stayed for 7 nights, we liked everything about this place. The owners Stella and Nickos, for sure the nicest people in Neos Marmaras. The moment they welcome you, you feel like at home. Location is perfect. Room and bathroom were super clean. Balcony view was amazing. There were parking options around all the time. All you need for a perfect vacation, you cannot ask for more.

Nets on windows against mosquitos. I suggest to have some type of repellent. Also, pressure of water tends to be low at one point of the day but it is related to the whole area.

Room was exceptionally clean. Cozy bed. We stayed in a simple room, no dishwasher or stovetop. This information is available here on booking, but sometimes people don't pay attention. We did not need any of such facilities. It has AC but we did not needed it, because room is in the shade

Internet was poor. Mosquito net would be of a help. Also, there were some small but for the atmosphere important things missing, like salt, or strainer for tea or things like that that make you feel cozy. Something to put cosmetics on in the bathroom.

The town is lovely. Host is hospitable and nice. The apartment is clean and the furniture is new. It had some minor flaws but I would go there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Perfect location,loads of parking available and very helpful host. Our apartment had a beautiful sea view and doors with mosquito netting. We got new linen and towels after 2 nights.
