Our holiday was too short ! 😀

Firstly the location of the apartment is superb. In front there are coffee shops ,souvenir shops and a small market. Walking distance to the beach. Roula is polite and available to help. Rooms are cleaned daily. Air con in all three rooms and lots of space for a family of 4. We love Neos Marmaras and we will be back! 💕☀️

The air conditioners were a little bit older, maybe they need to make a renovation of those.

The location was great, it was in the city center and everything it was 1 min far away from the hotel. The rooms was very clean, they deserve a 5 stars for the clean of the rooms.

Parking is a problem cause there isnt enough space in front of hotel We stayed 3 days but they left only 1 toiletpaper , when we ask for another they tell us to buy from supermarket:) may be this is their concept like an apart

We didnt like matress as I have herniated disc I had problems after a couple if days. Also AC location was just above the bed so it was impossible to used it during night. Also it would start swinging during the night and we would wake up like ice cubes

They only changed the towels once during a 7 day stay. You have to walk a bit to nearest beach, but we took the car around to different beaches on Sitonia, it wasn't an issue.

Parking place is only for 4 cars. You have to put your car another place 300meters away.

I wish we had better sleep. Since it is centrally located, the town center is very live till very late like 2am and then church bells VERY LOUD would wake you up at 7am and it wont ring one time. It will be repeatedly ding-donging so no sleep once it starts. The unit is not sound proof. Everything else was great.

Located in center of Neos Marmaras, with lot of restaurants and market nerby, house was as shown on photos, even better, everything was clean and nice, comfy beds, sea view is amazing. Hosts are very nice and Mr. Roula is very nice lady, we felt like we were at home. Would definitely come back, and recommend to everyone this stay.

The house is located in the heart of Marmaras city, right next to a small square with lots of restaurants and the local market and amenities. The room was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts are very nice people and always up for a chat to make you feel welcome and give you information about options in the city or nearby beaches to visit. The house is also very close to the city's primary school which works as a public parking lot for the summer months, so no need to search for a parking space around. Highly recommended accommodation for anyone planning to spend time at Marmaras and the surrounding areas.

House Roula is situated in the very centre of Neos Marmaras, with all the hustle and bustle of this lovely town, and is yet very quiet with the shutters down. All amenities are perfect, but the true star is Roula herself, such a lovely lady, a true gem! Our only regret is not taking a photo with her :) Highly recommended!

Nice and clean room with new furniture, renovated bathroom. Located in the city center. There was no balcony and no see view but due to this it was very quiet and comfortable. Parking place in front of the house. Very friendly staff.

Mrs. Roula is very kind and always smiling charming hostess. She made sure to ask every day if I need anything and helped me with my very heavy suitcase by using the private elevator. The property is located in the center close to all restaurants and shops. The room I have stated in was very nice and comfortable and had a nice terrace. Everything was the same as in the pictures. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.
