The accommodation was very good, very clean and in a great location. The roof top pool & bar were fantastic and views superb. There was a lot of variety for breakfast and it was very pleasant. The hotel was great but the best thing was the excellent staff, all of whom very pleasant and went out of their way to be very helpful and nothing was a problem for them.

Good location with bars and tavernas nearby. Myrties beach good and also close as was the taxi boat to Tellendos.

Our room was south facing and it was too hot to sit out on our balcony in the afternoon/early evening as there was no parasol or sun shade provided.

Lived in this hotel 2022 and everything was much better. This year we did not have hot water for our showers after we had been climbing all day. Horrible experience! The bacon and eggs which was made in the kitchen was put into some type of heater that did not seem to work since the food was not warm at all.

A hotel has to be able to provide warm water. This is so basic I cannot belive it did not work. After a full day of climbing you want to take a shower and doing that in cold water is horrible.

we had a lovely stay at the hyperion - lots of pluses, we were scheduled to arrive after midnight (thanks to the ferry timetable from mastichari), and the friendly staff arranged a late key pick-up, the breakfast was great with lots of good options, the patio door was of top quality and kept out the dreaded mozzies (wasn’t bitten all 10 days), and the location was great in the heart of masouri

    can’t think of anything!

The breakfasts were ok plenty of choice. The room had a good view and great to have a balcony. It was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The pool and bar area had amazing views.

The wet room meant water seeping into the main room if two of us showered one after the other. We would have liked more clothes storage. At breakfast, we would have liked fresh coffee. We would like a few more sun beds round the pool.

Rooms were modern, fairly small, but comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast was nothing special, but was adequate.

The owners organised a party for the Saturday night in the bar area on the rooftop which was annoyingly loud and went on well past midnight, so substantially beyond the official noise curfew. If it hadn't have been for that, I could recommend the hotel, but it was inconsiderate to many of it's residents, so I won't be returning.

The staff were very friendly and available to help with whatever was needed. Unfortunately, we didn't find out her name but the main reception staff was very helpful, gave good information and was very friendly. Often in the afternoon/evening staff were not based in the reception, but it was always clearly explained that there were on the rooftop, with numbers to contact them as well. There was an issue with the water on the island on the day we arrived, with the water not being available during afternoons. The issue was clearly explained to us and apologies were given, despite it not being the hotel's fault. We were also provided with bottles of water to use at any time the mains water was not on - this issue was resolved quickly and, because of help from staff, had no impact on our trip. The hotel was very clean, with rooms cleaned daily. The hotel has a nice reception and a rooftop bar and swimming pool. The bar is very nice and has a great view of the sunset over Telendos island every evening. It was very quiet on the times we did go up. The swimming pool was quite small, but again did not get busy. Sunbeds were provided. The room was compact but well arranged. There was plenty of storage for clothes and other items and the beds were very comfortable. There was a small fridge which was good for storing basic items and drinks. The balcony was great for watching the sunset and because of raised position had a good view of the sea over the one line of buildings in front. Lovely to watch the boats going over to the Island throughout the day and evening. Breakfast was good, with some hot options as well as cereals, breads, fruit and meats. Nice and relaxed with outside seating available. Again, this was kept very clean and tidy and topped up regularly. The location of the hotel is good, with bars and restaurants very nearby. We didn't have transport and it was easy to walk to beaches, shops and the boat over to Telendos.

The hotel suited our needs very well so not much we didn't like. Not an issue for us, and we were aware before booking so no complaint being made, but just to make people aware, the balconies are separated from others by half walls so you can see those from other rooms when sitting on the balcony.

The hotel is fine, but the sewage system is awful. We had a constant awful stink in our room from the bathroom. Once during our stay, the sewage pump in the hotel broke and the whole place was stinking of raw sewage. If they fixed this one thing it would be great
