We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

TurkeyWe stayed here for two nights and were extremely satisfied with our experience. From the room to the warm hospitality and enjoyable conversations with the owner Aristi, there was nothing we didn’t enjoy about our stay. Travelling and staying with two small children, including a baby is not always easy, but this place is perfect even for families with little kids. Highly recommended. We would love to come back someday!

TurkeyGreat ambiance, very rare example of hospitality ! If you want to relax between mountains and enjoy the bar 10 steps away, good choice. If you want to sleep peacefully and drive around for activities and eating during the day, also a good choice. Family-run business, Aristi & her husband built and decorated the facility from scratch. Aristi is full of fun stories and good advice about what can be done in the area. 10/10, what more can you expect? Will definitely visit again.

CyprusOur stay at the Tzivaeri Hotel was nothing short of wonderful!!! This stunning villa, nestled in the centre of nature, really exceeded our expectations. A peaceful and quiet location, a well-maintained hotel with all of the amenities one could require for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. But what differentiates Tzivaeri is the hostess, Aristi, who provides exceptional hospitality. Aristi made us feel right at home from the time we arrived, with her warm and inviting approach. She went above and above to make our stay great! Thank you Aristi and see you soon!!!
