How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The hotel embodies genuine hospitality - from their warm welcome to their thoughtful local guidance, they made our Mykonos trip so much smoother and more enjoyable. The location is excellent, though it does sit on a steep slope, so be prepared for a short uphill walk. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and set the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. I’m so glad I chose this hotel for our stay - it really elevated our trip.

Verified reviewWe booked this hotel last minute after missing our flight, and the moment we arrived all the stress was forgotten. The welcome was warm and truly outstanding. Since our room wasn’t ready yet, we enjoyed a coffee on the beautiful terrace while taking in one of the best views in Mykonos. We’ve stayed at several boutique hotels on the island, but this one is by far the best. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. Our room with a private whirlpool was spacious, perfectly designed down to the smallest detail, with everything you could wish for – from bathrobes to plenty of towels for both the pool and the room. Even with our very early departure at 4:30 am, the receptionist kindly helped us with our luggage, which was highly appreciated. Overall, an outstanding experience. Our only regret is not having booked this hotel for our entire stay in Mykonos. Highly recommended – perfect location, wonderful staff, and an unforgettable stay!

The noise from door slamming because its windy all the time and noise from other people room. Also the stuff was unfriendly to solve the problem.

The jacuzzi had puddles of sand, which means they did not clean it after last customer. We did not use it and instead went to the beach.

The presence of a little sand is unfortunately often due to the strong winds in the area, which can carry sand and dust into outdoor spaces. Please rest assured this is not a matter of negligence, but a challenge caused by the local weather conditions. Verified reviewOur stay was just perfect! From the very first moment we felt truly welcomed with kindness and great hospitality. The owner is such a wonderful person – friendly, funny, and always making sure everything works just right. The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff took care of every detail. Breakfast was amazing, especially on the terrace with its stunning view over Mykonos Town. The location is great too, just a short 500-meter walk to the town, and the free parking at the property was super convenient. We really enjoyed everything and will definitely come back on our next trip to Mykonos!

The breakfast ended slightly earlier than I would've liked for a place like mykonos were most people are waking up later, however thats to be expected at most places. It was also a bit of a hike up the hill from the Mykonos town, but thats to be expected most places.

Nothing in general, everything was very good. I could say walking to the city is close enough but the return is uphill and might be a bit tiring, but nothing to complain about.

Verified reviewThe staff was fantastic. Even though the rooms looked tight, me and my teenage boys had all we needed. There was an extra lounge area in front our window where we could see the sunset and harbor and also upstairs a big lounge seating area for all guests.
