Bathroom on the small side but frankly it would be churlish to complain about anything given the reasonableness of the price.

Quiet, just a few minutes walk from the village, private parking and with a beautiful terrace whicb I could have happily stayed all day on. Host was very pleasant also.

Everything was wonderful.

The owner met us at the property and handed over the keys. Explained everything. Breakfast 6€ a day, great value! Stunning views, cosy fireplace, beautiful location. Extra blanket and pillow in cupboard.

Everyone knows that the food is good and the rooms are clean at Kastania. But what you really experience at Kastania is the smell of the Mediterranian forest, the sound of the insects, the parfume of woodmade furniture, the peaceful mornings, when locals come to have breakfast, read newspapers and have long and rafined discutions. This is what I most loved at Kastania.

The Location amid lush trees , quaintness of the same, you can hear the birds and and cricets all day, amazing! Kostas, the owner, is a story for himself. Always available, gave us a great advice where to eat and what to visit, we also have had a nice chatting during our short stay.simply - hear person! He even speaks Serbian! We will come back!

Could not recommend more!! Such a beautiful property, perfect distance from town with the ease of being able to park at apartment and short walk into town. Great value for money. The host was so lovely and welcoming too!

Just one suggestion: the wifi was not very good in the rooms, and the loft had no electric sockets. But it was manageable, very small detail.

The houses are located on a hill at a quiet location with a nice view over the coastline. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a small kitchenette and a balcony. There is also a common space to sit, eat the food your brought or just enjoy the view. We also added breakfast to our stay and enjoyed the delicious food with scrambled eggs and local sweets for a great start in the day. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly.

It would be nice if there was a small shelf in the bathroom where you could put stuff like toothbrush, razor, etc.

Palaios Panteleimonas is a charming mountain village. The views are beautiful and the temperature is a few degrees cooler than that at the sea level. The hosts in Kastania did their best to make us feel welcome and comfortable. There is a private parking inside and just outside of the property, which is very convenient. The breakfast that they prepare was great for us. There are several taverns in the village which are a 5-10 min walk from the property. The room is spacious and decorated in a traditional style. There was a tiny balcony for the room we were in, but there is a nice terrace just outside of the house.

The location is located on the side of the mountain, close to the center of the village, stunning view and very welcoming host. I recommend! Breakfast prepared with care, for all tastes with teas, donuts and local jams. Costas treated us as if we had known each other for a lifetime

The bathroom accessories were in working state, however it might me a good idea to renew some of them ( the shower hook and the drain at least 😉)

The location is in the middle of the nature, very quiet and relaxing. 15-20 minutes walk from the nice small mountain village of Old Panteleimonas. And 15-20 minutes drive to the seaside as well, on a curvy mountain road. Small apartment, chalet style but clean and having good facilities and a nice view, combining the mountain and the sea. Good breakfast offered on the quiet terrace
