Nothing everything was perfect, see you next year!

This was my third time staying here and this time I stayed for 4 nights. My room was very clean with the A/C and the wi-fi working perfectly. The location is superb; just 2 minutes away from the town's (Skala) largest supermarket and 3 minutes from the waterfront and main bus stop. My room was cleaned daily and the breakfast was the best you could get in Patmos. The owners, Jacob and his wife are just fantastic and friendly people and always willing to help and to assist the quests with a smile on their faces. I will be coming back next year!

Mr Jacob & Rhula are beautiful people who accommodated me well. Check-in early? Yes, room is open. Wash laundry? Sure, quicker than island time. Hang out and wait until late night depart on ferry? Can do! Thanks for taking care of me. Hope I will visit Patmos & the Cave of Revelation again soon!

The hotel is far more beautiful than the pictures. The room is very clean and has a beautiful balcony and full of sun light .. the location is excellent. 2~3mins away from the port and very close to the center. The host is very kind and generous. I already recommended the hotel to my friend.

Climbing a steep staircase with heavy packs and very sore right foot, no fault of the owner.

Excellent location within walking distance from the ferry and next to a great supermarket. Having breakfast provided and free access to hot drinks is a bonus. Sharing wine with nice friendly Welsh man in the next room.

Great option for a stay in Patmos. Very close to the port and the shopping/restaurant area of Skala, Sklavenitis supermarket next door, a big municipal parking right opposite. Superb service from Mr Zacharo, always willing to help with a smile and a wonderful sense of humour. We had an issue with a phone charger which was resolved quickly and smoothly.

Within 5 minutes walk from jetty and centre of Skala. A characterful property with friendly staff. Excellent value for money and a simple breakfast is available. Photo shows view from my balcony.

The flow of hot water can be improved as hot water runs out and takes a long while to reheat again.

Good continental breakfast. Sufficient to start the day. Location was on a quiet street but very convenient, close to port and supermarket and restaurants. Walking distance to Cave of Apocalypse. Owner very friendly and helpful. Property is older but well kept and clean.

For the very small amount I paid off season an excellent stay even came with breakfast! Friendly staff, well kept, central location, easy to find. Only had one night on the island but would definitely come again.

Great value place to stay that's close to the port. The rooms are clean and quiet. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast in the morning and coffee/tea/water available all day in the lobby. There's also a supermarket next door. Easy walk to the main business area. We also walked to Chora from here, but the bus stop is very close. Excellent location on Patmos. We will stay again if we return.
