Location, close to port, easy to find.

Very central and walking distance from port. Clean and friendly host who is very helpful. Great value !

Very nice place,friendly hosts and breakfast did the job,great value for money just round the corner from the port,tavernas,bus and shops.

Everything was just fine. Recommended . It is a simple pension with simple nice people… Very basic breakfast but it was ok for me… Really well treated all the time !

This was my third time staying here and this time I stayed for 4 nights. My room was very clean with the A/C and the wi-fi working perfectly. The location is superb; just 2 minutes away from the town's (Skala) largest supermarket and 3 minutes from the waterfront and main bus stop. My room was cleaned daily and the breakfast was the best you could get in Patmos. The owners, Jacob and his wife are just fantastic and friendly people and always willing to help and to assist the quests with a smile on their faces. I will be coming back next year!

Access to the street is a quite dangerous. Need to cut some trees back so that traffic can be seen.

A few minutes before leaving our room, the manager calls demanding that we pay the bill. I go downstairs and point out that I have already done so and that I have the relevant receipt from Booking.com. He insists, making me lose my patience. I invite him to look more closely at his computer until he comes out with this monumental lie, “You are a lucky man, Booking has just confirmed the payment to me”!!! I had the receipt for a week and, given that the manager spends the whole day on his computer, I wonder if he does anything with it except take an interest in his customers’ practices. He hasn’t even apologized to us, so for this alone he deserves an all too generous 7

They were so kind and it was a decent, clean stay for me . Great location in town.

Breakfast could be better but it’s not a strict item in my list.

1. The elderly man who sat at the reception, most likely the owner was not friendly. 2. The stairs that take you to the rooms are very narrow and curvy, which made the steps from one side short. One can easily slip and fall, mainly carrying the luggage.

Jacob and his wife were so friendly and helpful spending time to help us plan our excursions. thank you fantastic location too

The neighbour's chickens were noisy early in the morning!

Mr Jacob & Rhula are beautiful people who accommodated me well. Check-in early? Yes, room is open. Wash laundry? Sure, quicker than island time. Hang out and wait until late night depart on ferry? Can do! Thanks for taking care of me. Hope I will visit Patmos & the Cave of Revelation again soon!

Covenantally situated close to Port, transport, a good supermarket and other facilities. Rooms are small but functional. Breakfast good inclusion. All day tea, coffee and cold filtered water nice touch. Hosts pleasant and obliging.

Bathroom bit tight for some.
