Nice apartment very close to beach and supermarket. Nice garden with cafe

WiFi did not work at all

The location is good, 5 min walk to the beach and restaueants, ans 15 minutes wal to the port. The place has a backyard and a little coffee shop, so it is a good place to be after all day of beach.

The toilets needs a little bit refreshment, but overall it is a good value for money.

Perfect location. Host was very friendly . The coffe shop is just downstairs. Close to restaurants and 2 minutes walk to the beach.

Our room was a bit noisy at night

The location is good, pretty close to the beach, even if it is rather hard to see the sea from your window. The owner is friendly and ready to help. The balcony is big and also the room.

The cleaning of the room is a little doubtful, i could find some french fries in between cooking appliances and furniture and it was not very hard to see them. Definitely, it can be better.

Needs a lift/elevator

The place is lovely, it's near the beach, it has bakery on the corner, they make good breakfast, there is also a store under the hotel.

Good location, snack bar and market under the apartments. Comfortable bed.

Smallest shower cabin ever, 60x60cm with now curtain. You must be a Superman to shower without making wet the whole bathrom. Please add it for next guests. We stayed in room nr 4. Bad WiFi, our refrigerator worked soo bad we had no cold drink all week, eventhough they said they fixed it. We and other guests also had no electricity one evening. The host did not care, he said general problem, but people had no lights in the room for more hours, we thanks god had it. It was the first time we had unfriendly host in Greece. The aldery man was cold with no smile also when we saw him at the garden. We had ants allover the room. Bad kithen equipment (1 spoon, 1 plate), we had to use our camping equipment to cook. There should also be powefull lights in the bathroom.

I got a room with a balcony door, a hole between the glass and the frame. so on a busy street you can hear everything and it is noisy in the room. Unfortunately, you have to ask for soap or shampoo. Also, there was no cover for one bed in the room and I had to take it myself. We also waited a long time for check-in.

The hotel is located in 2 minute walk to the beach in the part of Vasilliki that the best for windsurfing.

Room cleanup only once in 3-4 days.

The fridge not working very well. The shower is a bit uncomfortable without the curtain. The kitchenette was not the easiest to use.

Wi-Fi only worked 2 days of 6. Owner doesn’t speak English well/at all. Fridge freezer part was broken and continuously had a bad sound because couldn’t cool down the fridge. If there is a bigger rain there is no electricity. I wrote a personal message on booking about the mentioned problems and he was pissed of why I did it but he doesn’t speak English… his answer was “general problem “. In the room where tiny place only 30cm between the beds and the bathroom. There weren’t pan, sponge, light and cleaning liquid in the kitchen. After all he didn’t try to compensate anything. (Previously I was trying to speak with him for a week on booking that I will work there and I need a good internet.)

Poorly equipped - 1 wine glass, 1 mug for 2 people! Bathroom v small and in need of work, flush didn’t work properly

The location was the only thing we all liked.

The landlord gave us a three-bed apartment, even though my children are not so small - 7 and 9. We had to bring the beds together so that we could all sleep, but it was uncomfortable. This happened even though I asked, when I made my reservation, why the reservation specifics stated "3 adults". So we had 3 forks, 2 spoons (!), and basically everything for 3 people. We decided not to make a fuss about it, but also never to come to this facility again.

The property has a great location. A parking spot was provided. The owner is very kind and helpful. There is a bakery and coffee downstairs. Perfect for a quick breakfast and then head to the beaches. Everything was delicious. We fit perfect in the studio. They also gave us a baby cot, which was great!
