Amazing location in the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and we love how "quirky" the deco was - a real boutique hotel ! Special mention for the breakfast which was simply delicious !

The style might to be for everyone but we loved it

The room was amazing, in a historicañ building within old centre. The staff was very friendly and thw breakfast was very good and complete.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help us. Particularly the lady working on the reception. Very genuine and accommodating. We liked the quirky and unusual decor. It was also really generous to provide wine in the room.

The hotel is kept clean, but is very old, needing some loving care to fix leaking baths, lose fittings etc. There were no proper curtains in the room we stayed in which made it very bright and impossible to sleep after sunrise. Also the hotel is up many steps which wasn't explicitly mentioned in the description, which was a struggle for other older guests.

Hotel was in the center of the old town. Good location and safe neighborhood.

The room was extremely small. We could not move in the room and we had the bare minimum of luggage. Hotel facilities were not well maintained. Breakfast area was not appealing. The room smelled like mold and they provided a dehumidifier as a quick resolution. Our clothes smelled like mold after we left. Also we could not open the windows as there were no sieves and also because the air-condition outside our window was making too much noise. Next to the room there was the hotel laundry area which was very unappealing. The door in the bathroom did not close properly and in general the room gave the feeling of not clean because of the weird smell. I asked the receptionist for a change in the room but since it was high period there was no availability.

The room was special in its decoration, there was enough room for our things and the location was convenient if you wanted to stroll around the old town .

The a/c seemed a bit weak (it had a leak which the staff quickly fixed). It is indeed some walking int he old town and some steps up to the rooms which needs to be considered if you have a lot of luggage and/or if you arrive on a hot day.

The decoration of the hotel was of unparalleled style filled with an artistic touch, the breakfast was excellent with a home-like feeling, the room was clean and the staff extra friendly.

No parking near the hotel

Good location in old Nafplion. Really nice staff and very good breakfast. Easy access to a superb beach and to the rest of the town. Decoration is eclectic which makes the rooms and place feel very cosy. We felt welcome !

Parking may prove quite difficult in the upper part of the town. We received a 150 euros fine for parking on the sidewalk near the free parking. The staff was kind enough to provide laundry service, which turned out to be rather expensive and not well done (some clothes were damaged in the process and others not dry).

I should have spent more than a night

Breakfasts were very good and tasty.

It would have we been good to know in advance that there are a number of steps up to reception. Luckily staff helped with our luggage. Irene was great.

There was no water for a whole evening and night. Mine came in in the morning, others got water earlier. While it is not the hotels fault there was no water as the municilpality decided to work and turned off the water in the old town, we should have been notified beforehand and given water to use. Also our shower was extremely difficult to turn on̈, even the staff had problems.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The location in the center of the old city was excellent. We liked the overall concept, it felt like living in past centuries. Breakfast was decent.

Too many strairs to get to our room and a bit far from closest parking location. The antique decor was quite interesting but a bit heavy.

We loved how much character was put into the rooms, they were so eccentric and fun! Our location was excellent, right in town. Staff were super helpful and the breakfast was delicious.
