Everything about my stay was great, but especially the staff... They were extra kind and helpful

The WIFI signal was a bit disappointing

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is truly charming — the property is designed as a complex of low-rise buildings surrounded by a beautiful garden, with a pool right in the center. The service was excellent throughout my stay; the staff were attentive and welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable, cleaned regularly, and well maintained. Breakfast was also quite good, offering a nice variety to start the day. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy your vacation.

Quiet position and it’s bar/pool facilities

Looking for something not really well, but not directly related to the hotel, we got several mosquitoes in our room during evenings when windows were opened

Wi fi was a little hit and miss

The recptionist Kathlin and help us when i felt unwell and cleaner Tonha very kind with us just with her smile cheer up and very varied breakfast

Open swimming pool early hours

Green garden, nice pool area, delicious breakfast and kind staff. The room is like in the pictures. Everything is close, but far from the noise. Please keep this quietness, discipline in the hotel, because there are not many such quiet hotels left in Laganas.

The bed mattresses are a bit soft or old, it would be worth replacing them.

The beds were a bit soft

The security was very professional, however they could come off as pushy. The staff as a whole was very nice and helpful.

Looks much better on the app than it does in real life. The ac was simply terrible, rarely had hot water. The breakfast was truly disappointing and the location wasn’t brilliant although thats hardly something to blame the hotel for.

The room was kept very clean with daily cleaning. The breakfast was of good quality (melons were very delicious 🙂), although it did become a bit repetitive over time. The staff was friendly and attentive. The property is far enough from the busy street of Laganas and it has its own parking area.

The property appears much older than the images suggest. The pool was filthy, littered with tree parts and bugs. The air conditioning in the room struggled to cope with the June heat. We moved in after 8 pm and only managed to get cool by the morning. We had to keep the shutters closed and the air conditioning running to prevent the room from heating up. One evening, we opened the terrace doors for a while, only to struggle to cool down the room again throughout the night.

I loved the staff being so so helpful and kind. I loved how safe I felt when I was alone. I liked the size of the room and was a good enough pool with plenty of sunbeds. Also loved the location. Very good value for money. Was close enough to the strip for restaurants etc. but far enough that there was no noisiness at all.

Nothing in particular I would just say it’s relatively small which meant there wasn’t an awful lot to do at the hotel, but still plenty enough around to do so it’s not exactly needed. Also the shower was very slightly difficult.

This hotel was the best on my holidays, from the kind and generous hospitality to the closeness to everything but still tucked away so it feels quiet and peaceful… it has the best of both worlds and would be perfect for singles, couples, party goers or peaceful older folks!! It’s a real treasure that I was happy to have found and will return!

Nothing. It was perfect in every sense

Location was close walking distance to beaches and nightlife, but stil calm and quiet during the night time. Service people also very helpful and friendly. Price worthy.

Excellent place, very helpful staff, highly recommended

Hotel was quiet and the room was very comfortable and clean. We had a balcony overlooking part of the garden which was great. Location is great as well as it’s slightly away from the noise of the main strip.

Don’t really have any complaints, everything was great, but as a bit of constructive feedback, the breakfast, although tasty, was pretty much the same for the whole week we were there. I think they changed the type of eggs every other day, and some pastry products, but wouldn’t call that variety.

Quiet location away from main road and tourist strip, but just a short walk to the nightlife and beach. Great hot and cold breakfast options, pool and lounger area was not busy in last week of September. Spacious and modern room, with balcony.

Location is quiet but restaurants, shops, bus stops, etc., are all within short walking distance. Staff is always available and highly responsive to any guests request. Cleanliness is hallmark value throughout the complex. Overall, 9+ / 10 !

Hardly anything ! But 4 of the 5 double-storey bedroom buildings might have guests damp in rainy weather - their access is uncovered !

The best place in Laganas to spend holidays - quiet, a bit away from the crowds but still close to everything you need. Very nice pool, clean and spacious rooms and great, helpfull staff. A place I truely would recommend!
