I cannot say that was something that we disliked. It was a little bit too hot, but this is because during the evening we don’t feel comfortable to sleep with HVAC on.

We liked everything: the location of the property (close to restaurants, beach, market), the fact that it was very clean, the reality matches with the pictures, the smooth communication with Lou.

Little storage space for our clothes and luggages, we had to keep the clothes in the luggages, but that is not a big issue. The property is located on a cliff somehow and the way to the restaurants might be challenging with a kid. The area near the apartament is very quiet, despite the noise from the restaurants area. A bit far from walking distance to the beaches, but if you have a car this won’t be a problem, we used the car every single day.

The owner very friendly and kind, the property is very very clean, everything looks exactly as in the pictures. I liked a lot that we had 4 big comfy pillows and the bed was also comfortable. I appreciated also that our sheets and towels were changed and cleaning was done during our stay. The owner said that 2,3 days she will clean the room if we ask for this.

The place is amazing! You can tell from the pictures, however when you see it in person you will be pleasantly surprised! The apartment is great! The balcony is amazing. The location is perfect! The hosts are very nice, friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there!

The location is good. Close to restaurants and to seaside. The room is nicely decorated and new. The room is spacious. The terrace is amazing. Neos marmaras is a nice town. Family friendly, lively, close to nice beaches.

We liked a lot the suite it was exactly as in the photos, very clean and comfortable. The balcony rocks and all the small details were exactly there you needed them. The owners were polite and very kind, we really enjoyed our stay there.Also all the recommended places beach bars, restaurants were really very helpful and responding to our tast.

Beautifully decorated room with everything you wish for - jacuzzi, comfortable bed, large terrace with sea view, refridgerator and the owner let us park out front and was sweet and gave us recommendations for beaches and restaurants. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend Iosif Suites!

Spacious, extremely clean and modern new rooms. I was in love with the great huge pillows and all the lovely details - the space is decorated with taste. Pleasant fresh smell as of the house entrance. There's almost everything you might need for a cozy stay (may be some more shelves for the clothes in the wardrobe area would be nice addition; and a bit uncomfortable if you need to work on a laptop as there is no desk, but still we managed somehow :) ) We were with friends, so used two rooms - one of them had huge balcony with comfy furniture and great view - perfect for coffee in the morning or a drink after dinner :) The owner was very nice and friendly, recommended us some restaurants and beaches in the area. Location is very good - 3 minutes walking to the restaurants/ shopping area. Highly recommend this place.
