Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomHonestly, there wasn’t anything I disliked. Just a heads-up: it’s about a 30-minute walk downhill to Ipsos town and similar to Barbati Beach. The path is quite steep, so if anyone has mobility issues, renting a car would be a good idea
I booked this as a surprise getaway for my mum’s 50th birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The apartment was lovely, spotless, and had everything we needed. The host, Leandros, was absolutely amazing – so friendly and helpful. When our airport transfer left us stranded because the driver didn’t want to drive uphill, Leandros came to pick us up himself, completely turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. The views from the property are incredible, surrounded by lush greenery with a stunning sea view. The location is peaceful and beautiful — my mum was over the moon.

United StatesOur wifi was a little spotty, but it got taken care of within a day thanks to Leandros! Overall no notes! It was perfect for us.
This was the perfect place to stay. The views from the house were surreal. My husband and I did not rent a car, so we recommend doing so if you want to explore the area a little more, but it was perfect for us! Everything we wanted to do was a 25/30 minute walk away. If you are fine with getting a scenic workout in, not renting a car works too! Our host, Leandros, was so kind and met our needs quickly and efficiently. We consider him a friend! The area is quiet, a lot less touristy than any other place I have stayed. We recommend visiting Barbati Beach instead of Ipsos Beach. The beach is slightly bigger and quieter, especially after 5:30 pm. We also did not need to wear sandals in the water, as it was not as rocky. It was smoother, like pebbles! The water was warm and refreshing for mid-July! Highly recommend for those who want to stay in a quieter, nature-filled area!

ItalyIt is necessary to rent a car in order to arrive at the apartment. No bus are stopping nearby. Keep it in mind :)
Leandros is a great host, always available via WhatsApp for any kind of clarification before and during the stay. The view from the terrace is amazing and the apartment has all the commodities for a pleasant week in Ipsos/Corfu (dishwasher, water boiler, toaster, cleaning product etc.). The parking slot is definitely a plus

United StatesThere is nothing we didn't like; we thoroughly enjoyed every part of the Corfu and our stay at Ipsos Panoramic Views!
Upon arriving to the property, Leandro's wife meet us and handed the keys to us; as well as gave us a tour of the property and the apartment. Our two bedroom Ipsos apartment was perfect for the second part of our stay in Corfu - perfectly situated in the hills between Ispos and Barbati - we had access to so many restaurants and beaches! The property owners live onsite (in a completely separate part of the property) and were available if we had questions or needed dinner recommendations! The property is very quiet and filled with lots of fruit trees, a great rooftop to enjoy evening cocktails and if you're lucky the full moon, and it's extremely safe! I highly recommend booking AND staying at either one of Leandro's apartments (Ipsos Panoramic Views or Barbati Panoramic Views) they are right next to each other on the same property and awesome of you have a large group traveling together!

AustraliaDirections were unclear from booking.com but as soon as we contacted Leandros (the host) we put in a new location on Google Maps and found the place. It's a steep and winding drive up from the coast.
Great location for exploring Corfu if you have a car.

United KingdomIf I had to find a fault, it would be the shower was a little small
Beautiful property, with high quality fittings, multiple seating areas, everything you could ask for in terms of tea/coffee/olive oil/sat, etc. the hosts are so incredibly friendly & the dog is super cute. We didn’t have a car, but the 20 minute downhill walk to Ipsos in one direction and Barbati in the other, was not a problem. A local taxi for the way back up, all of whom are super friendly, just E15
