Perfect location, so peaceful but in the heart of Fira. Staff were so lovely too and free parking outside was great for hiring an ATV

Only downside was the breakfast, was under the impression it would be a buffet style like the images showed, but instead it was a pretty basic selection delivered to your table (boiled egg, bread basket and selection of spreads etc). And all hot food was at an extra cost which was quite expensive.

Amazing views, location was perfect, reasonable walk into town. Our room was refreshed daily which was nice too!

Breakfast was included which was nice however, the option to sit in the lounge would have been nice.

We stayed in a superior double room with a caldera view, and the view was truly unique and exceptional. It is absolutely worth it: enjoying perhaps the most beautiful sunset on the island from such an intimate and private spot was an unforgettable experience. Waking up in the morning and finding such a breathtaking natural painting before your eyes is something that will stay with us forever.

However, there are some aspects that could be improved. The hotel does not have its own bar, which forces guests to bring drinks from outside. This is quite a limitation, especially when spending the day by the pool, where it would be very pleasant to order a drink directly from the sunbed. Breakfast is rather limited: Greek yogurt, fruit, small croissants, feta and ham. Anything beyond that comes with an extra charge. Moreover, the management is not entirely transparent—for example, dessert is included, but it is only served if explicitly requested. Room cleanliness was not up to standard: during our 6-night stay, the floors were never cleaned, the sheets were never changed, and in the last three days the shampoo and shower gel dispensers remained empty. In conclusion, the breathtaking view and the location make the experience special and memorable, but the services and attention to detail are not in line with the expectations of a hotel of this level.

The facilities were nice and modern, with a pool area with stunning views. The location of the hotel was good, very close to the few restaurants of Firostefani and a short walk of 15 minutes to Fira. The receptionist was very friendly. She gave us very good restaurant and cocktail bar suggestions which we enjoyed very much. We also really appreciated the possibility to stay at the pool after checking out and showering before leaving to the airport.

I really don't have anything negative to say about the hotel, we enjoyed our stay. A few suggestions to consider is maybe to add some wall hooks or towel racks in the hotel rooms to hang wet towels and beachwear. Also, I thought it was great that the hotel reached out to me via Whatsapp before our stay, but didn't receive any reply when I tried to ask about transfer services.

Breakfast was poor and server in a dark room without a view. The staff was very nice but not enough. When we arrived, there was no one to help us carry our luggage down all the stairs to our room and we had to do it ourselves while the receptionist watched.

Felt clean, rooms nice

The property felt slightly unfinished. Breakfast was pictured as buffet style however limited plates were bought to your table. There was no access to buy water or other drinks/food and you are required to leave the property to find this. It would have been nicer to at least be served in the lounge area with a view considering there was no buffet style breakfast.

The property is located high on the Caldera and gives you a breathtaking view of Fira, the cliff, the sea and surrounding islands. It’s in a quiet spot but still on walking distance from Fira. The walk via Firostefani is beautiful with cozy, stylish bars, shops and restaurants.

We were assigned Room 1, located right next to the entrance and reception, which meant we could hear most of the guests and staff, despite the property not being fully booked. We had requested an upgrade, subject to availability, but this was declined as upgrades are not offered at this property. Additionally, the room had a window above the door without any curtain or blind, which was frustrating since the entrance light stayed on throughout the night. Unlike most hotels, they did not provide a hairdryer, the proper amenities, or complimentary bottles of water. While these aren’t absolutely essential, they would have been a nice touch, especially based on our past stays at other hotels. The included breakfast was quite basic, served in a small, hot room with no windows. There was a ‘lounge’ area with tables and chairs overlooking the sea, but we weren’t allowed to have breakfast there, which felt odd. Although the room was serviced, the bed was not made very well, and we had to ask for an additional set of towels as we only received one. The pool area was nice, but unfortunately, the pool itself was rather dirty. Overall, I was really disappointed with this property. It has potential to be a great hotel, but it gave off a very cheap and underwhelming feel.

I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Long story short, we were threatened to pay for the accident that happened upon checking-in, in front of a receptionist who didn’t help us with anything - carrying the luggage or warning us about accessibility issues of the room we booked. The staffs and manger were unhelpful, aggressive and acted shady, changing the story all the time. We really wanted to enjoy Santorini but it was ruined. Don’t let them ruin your vacation or honeymoon. Also, I don’t get why they deserve 4 stars - they can’t even provide complementary bottled water even though tap water in the hotel is not safe to drink, according to the staff. We stayed in two hotels in other Cycladic islands, and water was always provided for free. The bathroom was smelly.

Our stay was wonderful! A big thank you to the ladies at the front desk — they were incredibly attentive and helpful. They gave us great tips that really made a difference in our trip. The hotel is very close to Fira and offers an incredible view of the volcano.

I never had to write such a long review in booking but I really want to warn everyone - The worst management I have ever encountered. The manager will lie just to ‘save’ a few pennies, with no regard for guest experience or service quality. I have stayed in 2-star hotels with far better management. Unfortunately, this manager’s bad attitude and poor manners make your stay feel like a 2-star experience at best. Additionally, the hotel is extremely understaffed, again due to poor management decisions. It is clear that this manager is unfit to run this hotel—or any hospitality service for that matter. Simply put, the management is terrible and highly deceptive

Location is the best to see the mesmerising scenic views of Santorini. Can’t forget the stunning views. Kind and helpful staff. Room is always cleaned everyday. Comfortable bed.
