It was so close to the beach, our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

Incredibly clean, well organized, well maintained. All was good

Nothing I did not like but few things that could be improved: breakfast (would love real coffee vs machine); a water boiler in the room (to make tea) would also be convenient

The staff is so helpful and kind. Suggestions for places to eat were phenomenal, as well as little gestures like offering a beach umbrella for our use. Breakfast is wonderful! Served right in your room, with such plentiful choices. It's delightful to eat on the balcony, overlooking the water.

Our stay in this hotel was a pleasure. Very calm, the hosts are incredibly polite and helpful. The room is simple, but clean. The location is really right on the beach. Would recommend this hotel if you want the relaxed calm holidays

Not a complain, but the bad was tooo soft for our taste and the AC in the room was a bit old. The breakfast is OK, but not something specific

Great location with bus stop very close. Staff were very nice and helpful and breakfast was very good.

The swimming at Aghia Anna was beautiful and just out the front of the hotel. The water was so clear and we swam many times each day. The breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety of food to suit every taste. Made fresh daily. The Palisio restaurant was absolutely amazing, sitting on the beach watching the sunset having a delicious dinner. The staff gave us complimentary liqueurs and desserts. Our room was just lovely, beautifully decorated, spacious, with a sea view balcony. Best of all the staff were so welcoming and genuine. We would definitely recommend staying at this great hotel.

It was in an excellent location -very close to the beach . Quiet location . The courtyard areas were well kept & tranquil . Outside tap to wash feet etc on return from the beach . Breakfast was plentiful & lots of variety . Beach towels provided . Bus stop very close to get to the main town & Plaka . Restaurant next to the hotel on the beach was very accessible & good food in a pretty taverna . Staff were all very friendly

Probably the best breakfast I've ever had, it was homemade and had almost everything fresh.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of options for my son and I (2yo). The hotel's location is unbeatable – just steps away from the beach, with a fantastic selection of restaurants lining the beach. What truly set this place apart, though, was the exceptional staff. They were friendly, attentive, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Can't fault it.

This is my second visit to Iria Beach Art Hotel and it was just as good as my first stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is delicious, the staff are so friendly and helpful and you can’t beat the location. I’ll be back again next year!

We almost never leave reviews, but this place warrants an exception. We loved everything about our stay. The entire property was beautiful, clean, quiet, and conveniently located (steps from the beach, near many restaurants, very close to the bus stop, etc.). Additionally, our room was spacious, clean, and charming. We loved the terrace and our ocean view and made good use of it. The daily breakfast was also fantastic (great hot and cold, sweet and savory options, with a wide variety of dishes). On top of all of that, the staff was amazing, particularly Maria and Mary. They were both genuinely warm, friendly, and accommodating; and helped us with everything.They made everything easy (booking day trips, buying bus tickets, food and beach recommendations, etc.). We did not want to leave and will absolutely be coming back.
