The room was very nice, but the toilet, although very clean, needs some renovation/ redecoration. It has a nice balcony to sit out in the morning or late evening but there is no view.

Very nice and spacious room with balcony. There is a big parking area which is very convenient. Everything was very clean and tidy. The kicked and fridge allows to cook if you need to. It is only 10 minutes walk from Vathy town. It is also a very short drive from some of the nicer beaches of the island.

Staying at Ithaca’s Poem was an absolute delight! The location is perfect—peaceful, yet just a short walk from the heart of Vathi. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, and full of charm, with attention to every detail. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and waking up there felt like a dream. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel truly at home. I would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a magical and relaxing stay in Ithaca!

The decor was lacking in atmosphere/charm as part of a block but served our needs perfectly well.

Convenient for a stroll into town and for a pleasant 40 min walk across the hills to lovely beaches. Clean and suitably comfortable lodgings.

the cupboard above the sink in bathroom is a little difficult to negotiate when cleaning teeth ! shower water cut off sometimes , water very hot though so good pressure for a shower. A riser rail for the shower and a curtain would have made showering a lot easier. toilet access very limited as between vanity unit and shower but was all very clean . no toaster this would have made a big difference "guess this is an english thing" but would have been good . no plug for sink in kitchen air con was so noisy in bedroom so had to leave off and had kitchen one on . Pillows not sure what they were about cubes of foam in a cover , not the best and did not sleep great with them could be easily rectified though with a NORMAL pillow

stayed in no 15 perfect location and ideal for a short stay , all basics there good wifi, water pressure good , sunny balcony , quiet. Lovely big bedroom and nice comfy matress .

The communication with the owner was not that good. After sending two messages about the room the finally replied after 4 hours.

Very clean and comfortable spaces. Newly renovated, very comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom and really a really large balcony. Polite stuff. Very peaceful location Highly recommend it.

Simple kitchen essentials such as salt and pepper, cooking oil, sugar etc. would’ve been a helpful addition for our short stay.

For the second year in a row we chose ithacas poem apartments, because last year we were more than satisfied with the whole experience. The apartment was spacious and it had everything anybody could ask from a vacation home, plus it's super clean. They change the sheets and towels every Three days Walking distance from Vathy, and 10 minutes by car to the nearest beach.

first room we were given, the AC did not work - so host just moved us immediately to another room where AC worked well - host obviously knew first room AC was not working - why give us that room in the first place?

We didn't have the view as mentioned in some of the reviews but we realised when we got there that we were in the lower set of apartments and the views were to be had from their other apartments further up the hill. We were happy not to have the view in exchange for being a shorter walk to the harbour!

Of course this is not something important or mandatory, but, since the location already has a kitchen, it would’ve been good to have at least some salt&pepper, maybe 2 coffee capsules for the first day.

Very spacious, clean, beautiful and cozy apartment with a lovely view from the balcony. Quiet area and very close to the center. Overall, loved it.

Maybe the location is not exactly in the heart of the village but it does not really matter since distances there are quite short and the place is not that crowded even in the middle of the summer. No particular complaints.

I met the host just upon my arrival and he was quite welcoming and helpful. The room was easily for more than 1 people but I was traveling alone, very spacious. Also equiped with a kitchen, fridge etc. Parking space just outisde.

Location was excellent. Breakfast not applicable. Air conditioning and shower were exceptionally good. Very comfortable sleeping a night. Plenty of room big terrace .

Aircondition is centrlalized in some apartments and very noisy. Efective though. The host is ok but could ask from time to time if we needed anythjng. Pillows are not ok

The apartamenta are just wonderful, very clean, big and comfprtable. There is plenty of space inside for everythijg you need. The view is fantastic. Parking is big, dont worry about it
