Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

Although a big two bedrooms apartment, this space is in the balcony, instead for example in the bathroom which has a small shower and no furniture near the sink.
The location, the amenities from the apartment, the cleanliness. The garden is amazing, also it has some garden games and a huge screen outside for children. Ivelin is a great host !

I’ll put it this way, I chilled at the house as much as I did at the beach. I was also working on my laptop, the atmosphere was perfect and the wifi didnt let me down. Note: anything you need, the owner is always happy to help. And the BBQ is AWSOME (especially if you like smoked steaks, briskets)

Everything was as it should be. They have private parking. The apartment is cleaned regularly, bed linens and towels are replaced frequently. All compliments to the staff. Highly recommended accommodation.

The place is located 2 minutes walk from the center of Potos. Despite its central location, the surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. The place has a shared, extremely well-equipped summer kitchen, as well as several grills, one of which is a charcoal grill. In the yard there are swings and hammocks for relaxation. Parking is arranged through a private parking lot. The host is extremely responsive, cheerful and friendly person. We had several questions for him and the guy answered us within a few minutes. We are very satisfied and would gladly come back again.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality by the hosts. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. What stood out the most was the willingness of the hosts to always be available and assist us. No matter what we needed, they were there to help and provide additional information or services. This attention to guests made our trip truly special. Thank you for everything, we will definitely return!

Very good and quiet location, just 3 mins walking distance from one of the main streets of Potos. The property was equipped with everything you could need. Very clean!!! Extremely friendly owner and staff ready to support you for every request you may have.

This is a place I'd go to again. Ivo is amazing host, Cveti also. Location is perfect. 3 minutes by foot from Potos center but away from main road, gives peace and quiet during day and night. Property has outdoor kitchen and gym, table tennis, hammocks... Room was clean with all amenities you need. Would recommend 10/10.

Everything was great, the host is very polite and helpful, the rooms are big enough to fit 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) and very clean. The facility has all the utilities and there is a free public parking close. The location is close to the beach, but in a very quiet area.

The drain from the bathroom was not working properly and the mattress was hard
The room was clean and the location is great. The apartment is in Potos, near the restaurants, but it's in a very quiet area. The host was very nice and it was a good value per money
