The only downside: our apartment was next to a noisy street with heavy traffic at night and a nightclub right in front. So we recommend choosing a room facing the backyard for a quieter stay. Tip: if your room faces the street, bring some earplugs - the nightlife can get pretty loud.

Very comfortable place! 1. Kallithea Beach is the best one on the Kassandra peninsula, and Johny’s Studio is located very close to it - this was super convenient for us. 2. Cleaning service was provided 2–3 times a week, which was great. 3. The kitchen had all the basic necessities for cooking - very useful if you’re planning to eat at home. A supermarket, local market, and several restaurants are just 3–5 minutes away.

The apartment is clean, well equipped, the location is great, the host is quick to respond to requests, you can find free parking on the street. A bottle of cold water welcomed us when we arrived. :) It looks better than in the pictures!!! We had a nice vacation, we will come back again! All recommendations!

Proximity to the main street and noise from the weekend crowds. What bothered me the most was the proximity to the Canaloa cafe, which had loud music until 5 in the morning.

If you are a light sleeper you should maybe book the apartments with garden view…it becomes noisy in the evening from the bars around and the street is very busy the whole night. We didn’t mind the noise.

The location is perfect, apartments are well equipped, and their cleaning services are excellent! The host is available for everything, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Internet bandwidth, while good enough for casual usage, it's not really suitable for remote working. I had issues keeping my online meetings going.

Everything was great. Host is terrific, and always there for you for any questions/inquiries/suggestions. The very central location, easy to spot parking outside the property. Our room was of just enough size, and always clean/tidy. You can tell host cares for guests to feel like at home, and have everything they need. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. Johny’s definitely became our go-to apartment whenever we come to Kallithea.
