We stayed for a short time but we enjoyed every second, the host was friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and the beach is less then 2 minutes walk. There are a few great taverns down the beach and the nearby villages are lovely as well

The Internet connection was poor at times. Although it wasn't the case, the host is charging extra for occasional additional towels or sheets changes. He shouldn't mention that in their policies, in my opinion, as long they do daily cleaning anyways.

I booked 2 rooms for a group of 4 for 2 nights. Quiet location with parking. Large rooms with balcony and medium fridge/freezer. Daily cleaning. Great communication with the host.

The dishes in the kitchenette were few and quite random.

Very spacious and clean room, just 10 minutes drive from the Kala Nera beach. The host has answered all my questions promptly before arrival, has welcomed me warmly upon arrival, provided information on the area and checked with me if the room he selected for me meets my needs. The pool at the property and the relaxing area around it are a great addition.

Good location near Kala Nera. Nice pool. Clean. Very nice & polite staff (agreed for late check out due to our late flight back home). Equipped kitchent. Very good value for money. Highly recommend.

Bath water flow was low in our room but it seems as local problem to this specific room.

Location is excellent right in the middle between KALA NERA to Kato Gatzea. entire complex is new, has many parking slots (both in and out of the complex). Rooms are equipped with small kitchenette contains sink, stove and refrigerator and some small appliances (kettle, etc) Pool is big and deep enough (2m).. Owners are in the place most of the day and give good customer service. facility and rooms are very clean. rooms are refreshed every day (set the beds and clear trash), refresh towels every 2 days,

Kala Nera Panoram is an ideal place for families which are looking to explore the west side of Pilion. It's great location and facilities (the swimming pool) with the excellent staff (Nikos and his brother) who know the area very well and provide lots of useful tips and advices and will always smile and help

There was nothing which could have made our holiday more perfect.

Very helpful staff who wanted to ensure you had an enjoyable stay. The complex had a lovely ethos created by the family. We particularly enjoyed the restaurants they recommended. We thought the location was lovely and the swimming pool was very well maintained. It is a lovely 10 minute walk down to the village along the beach. We had everything we needed in our apartment. We would definitely return and recommend it to our friends.
