How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Unfortunately, food is a bit of a letdown. Plain breakfasts and repetitive evening meals. Not a bad quality, but if you order lunch and pay for it, you can see the difference as there all-inclusive option. To get a bit of nightlife, like pubs, etc, you're looking at a 15-minute drive to Loutraki

Verified reviewGenerally speaking the hotel has potential to become a solid 4 star The area is very beautiful,have plenty of shadow. Management,Reception, head of restaurant and bar were very friendly. Food is very tasty at the restaurant and prices if you buy something extra are good.
Everything we write as guests is food for thought for the management. Parking was difficult due to the people who were not residents of the hotel and visiting the hotel for a daily swim. Besides reception crew and head of restaurant the rest they had lack of a smile while doing their job which is mandatory in this type of industry. On the forth floor the 3 rooms are not actually private and they have a common terrace , people where coming by taking pictures of the see view while you were trying to get a rest on the sezlong in front of the room. The housekeeping came at 3 o'clock to clean but didn't manage. Found cosmetic in the bathroom from previous guest. At the beach many residents put their beach towels on the sunbeds with the fix/steady umbrellas all day, so you have difficult finding one when you decide to go for a swim and want sun protection.

The air-conditioning did not work. You need to call reception to switch in on (3x times). Then you cannot set the temperature in your room, you need to call reception to set it up., no change is possible from the room. Also, the food is mediocre. No info on dishes served. You can only guess what's in the dish tray.

Verified reviewThis place is truly wonderful. Everything is clean, beautiful, and well taken care of. The food is delicious, especially the dishes with eggplant and tomatoes, they were outstanding! The nature around the hotel is breathtaking, and the sea… absolutely heavenly. I honestly felt like I was in paradise. I read some complaints about the mattresses being too hard and I have no idea why. Yes, they are on the firmer side, and that’s exactly what makes them perfect for your back. I personally found them very comfortable. As for the food variety, some reviewers mentioned it’s limited, maybe if you’re used to all-inclusive resorts in Mexico or the Dominican Republic, you might feel that way. But for Europe, I found the selection excellent. There’s meat, fish, soups, vegetarian dishes, fresh salads, fruits, vegetables, and desserts (I didn’t try many of them because they were a bit too sweet for my taste). Breakfasts cater to all preferences: from sweet options like croissants, pains au chocolat, and pastries, to cereals, to hearty meals like various types of eggs and fresh fruits and vegetables. The hotel is also pet-friendly, there are lovely cats living peacefully around the property, which added a cozy touch. Lastly, I want to say a huge thank you to the staff. They are not only beautiful people but also incredibly kind, warm, friendly and helpful. Honestly, I felt like I had stepped into a dream. I truly hope to return to this little corner of paradise one day.
The only downside for me was smoking. Most guests (smokers) seemed to light up wherever they pleased. Either there are no designated smoking areas or nobody uses them. I think this is more of a cultural thing than something the hotel decided, but it did make me a little uncomfortable at times.
