Some issues with WiFi connection in the room. The hotel did offer to change our room.

The hotel was sparkling clean, the hotel smell fresh at all times. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was exceptionally good. I would rate the hotel a 5 ⭐️.

This was a last minute booking as we needed to spend the night in Santorini as we were getting an early flight home to Ireland. It was a gorgeous surprise and a lovely oasis of calm in the centre of Fira. Kostas the owner greeted us on arrival and was omnipresent throughout our short stay attending to all the guests in a caring and professional manner. All the staff were fabulous, with the receptionist showing us around on arrival and recommending a selection of restaurants for us to choose from for dinner. The bar staff were also great. The location is perfect, close to everything whilst quiet and calm.

The rooms are perfect, good size and comfortable. The hotel is very close to city center. Staff is excellent, especially Ellen at reception.

The staff were wonderful - always smiling and helpful and the location was excellent- a short walk to town centre and the bus station for local buses to Oia and other villages, as well as to the airport, is just around the corner. A great place to locate yourself to explore the island cheaply.

We loved our room, accomodation, location of property. The staff and owners of the property were so helpful, kind, hardworking and passionate. The breakfast was a wonderful. The pool facilities were amazing, no need to leave the resort.

Kalisti Hotel was a fantastic stay! The location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk to the bus station, with a grocery store right across the street. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel has two wonderful pools that never felt crowded, making it easy to relax at any time of day. And the breakfast… hands down the best we had during our entire trip. Fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety. Highly recommended!

Location is the best where is close to bus station only far away 3min by foot. Swimming pool also was enjoyable during my stayjng. Of course , all staff were very kind to us with detail explanation of attractive sites. It was really good time for my family and if I have a chance to visit Santorini again, I'm sure to find this hotel again.

Amazing hotel just steps away from the center of Fire yet out of the bustle. It has two wonderful pools that we were able to enjoy even after check out. The manager Kostas and all the staff have been fantastic, and we even got a free room upgrade! Excellent breakfast with so many options.

This place is incredibly well located as you can still easily reach it by car and it’s right next to the beginning of the walking area of Fira There 2 pools , one more geared to families, the other is deeper. Both very clean and relaxing . They have a lot of staff dedicated to cleaning, and it works!!. This place is impeccable The staff is friendly and approachable. The staff is also very helpful on explaining any activity in the Santorini area Excellent breakfast

Staff are helpful but sometimes seem reluctant. I guess a smile now and then would make it extra welcome.

Great location, clean and modern hotel. Its great they have 2 swimming pools & jacuzzi. Nice breakfast selection. Supermarket and Bus station right just next door, and airport just 10-15mins away. Really great location!
