Lovely views of Neos Marmaras from the rooms. The rooms were very clean and modern of high standard with attention to detail. The accommodation is very close to the city centre, only few minutes walk down the stairs. Kali, the owner, was hospitable and very helpful. We would definitely love to stay there again.

Everything was amazing. Rooms were very nice, bed comfortable, everything was clean, a lot of small details which add up for a lovely stay. Location is good, close to walk to shops and restaurants, although there's a lot of steps to take, as the town is hilly, but that makes for a great view 😄 The staff were lovely, they gave us amazing recommendations on where to eat and also one of my friends accidentally forgot their key inside the room, and the lady was kind enough to come help us, although it was almost midnight.

Everything was perfect! Clean, new, modern and a great place to stay, with beautiful city/sea view from above. Kali, the owner was so lovely and informative, which made our stay even more amazing. She was always responsive and even helped us for an emergency we had at 1 in the morning. Definitely coming back again!

Very steep streets in Neos Marmaras.

We stayed for 3 nights for our wedding anniversary; were warmly welcomed with a bottle of wine as a compliment. The room was stylishly decorated with and nice view to the port. Very kind and helpful owners. I definitely recommend. Will come back for sure.

Overall the rooms are great and the negative points I am about to mention weren’t a significant issue. I’m merely mentioning them to help other visitors. The type of room I booked had a relatively small bathroom. I found some things not to be very functional (the towel rack for bath towels was hidden behind the door and was thus unusable, the floor drain was near the toilet and it was difficult to sit when there was foam from the shower, there was no space to put bathing products while showering unless you placed them on the floor or are tall enough to reach outside the shower and place them on a ledge above the toilet). Soundproofing wasn’t great. You could clearly hear outside noise or noise from the bathrooms of other rooms. Though it would ruin the design, it would be great if there was some sort of awning or sunshade in the balcony and some kind of side partition to offer privacy from visitors in the next room. The only thing I found issue with was the kitchen. I thought the kitchen would have had a stove and cooking equipment, however, there was none. There were cutlery, plates and different types of glasses, an electric kettle and a nespresso coffee maker. In other words, you can order food and consume it in the room but cannot cook. I booked the room through booking and this fact was not clear. It became more evident when I visited their site but by then there were no other available rooms and I could’t upgrade. From what I came to understand, there are only three rooms available that give you the capacity to cook. If I visit at another time, I’ll make sure to book a room that allows for this. It does need to be made clear in the room description though and I stress this, because the only way you can tell is by closely looking at the pictures.

Hosts were polite, helpful, well-organized and available when needed. We were contacted the day before regarding our arrival time and were later sent files with useful info. I always find this a sign of a property that is well-managed. The rooms are new, tastefully decorated and truly do have a great view. They have everything you might need there, including washing and cleaning products. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily and towels are also changed every day. There was no speck of dust even in the balcony. There is ample parking space in front of the property but you are also given a key to an open, fenced-in parking space relatively close to the property, where you can park free of charge. You can order breakfast to be prepared and served in your room for a certain charge. (We did attempt to order breakfast on our last day there by calling the reception but we got no answer. To be fair we weren’t persistent).
