Even though it's clear that the place is regularly cleaned and maintained, it does feel a bit worn and would benefit from some updates. The bathroom, in particular, could use improvement — it's quite dated, and the shower doesn't have a holder, which makes it inconvenient to use. The mattress also felt old and uneven, which affected comfort. It would also be helpful to add a mosquito net to the door, especially for guests who prefer to sleep with the door open — there were some insects, which made that difficult. Overall, we appreciated the effort to keep the place in order, but with a few upgrades, it could offer a much better experience.

The place offers good value for money and met our basic needs for a short stay. The location is a strong point — very convenient and with a nice view. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, which we really appreciated. Their helpful attitude made the overall experience pleasant and positive. While there’s room for improvement in some areas, we’re grateful for the hospitality and the effort to make us feel comfortable.

A typical greek room with a good vibe. The room was clean, easy to find and peaceful. It was a good value for the money. Parking was easy to find, there was wi-fi as well as daily cleaning service. We liked the location, it is near the center but it is not in the noisy area.

We stayed for a week here and the accomodation exceeded my expectations. It has a good location, really close to the city center, yet it's in a quiet neighborhood. The cleaning was done daily, the sheets were changed at 2-3 days. There is air conditioning in every room. We had a room with sea view, so it was very nice and quiet. The other side of the building is pointed to a street, so you could hear noise from cars. There is no parking dedicated to the hotel, but we could easily find parking spots every day. The street is safe, so no need to worry about the car. The hosts are warm and friendly, we felt like home there. There is also a nice beach nearby, about 15 mins walk. I truly recommend this place for its price, quality, cleanliness and location. Would definitely check in again here if we return to Neos Marmaras.

The hair dryer was blowing cold air and we couldn't blow dry our hair.

The location was good, it was close to the city, the staff was welcoming and friendly. The rooms were tidy and we received room service everyday.

The rooms are very clean and the furniture is new. The location is great, it is 4-5 minutes away from the center of the city. Owners were helpful and easy to communicate with. There is a supermarket 2 minutes from accomodation. All of the beautiful beaches are in the radius of 30 km from Neos Marmaras so it is a great place to stay in Sithonia. Would highly recommend Kaplanis house for visitors, you will not be disappointed 😊

Very bad WiFi signal (actually no signal at all), no water kettle for making coffee, little table for eating would be also nice in the room. The last day host asks as how we want to pay the rest of the price (50%), although we payed with the card, it was really embarassing in front of other people, like we was some kind of criminal. Than she realized that she hadn't witdrawn all of the money and turned around and left. (without apologizing)

The cleanliness was great, location central, good connected with restaurants.

I noticed that the garbage was taken only when I required (after 2 days).

Central location with fast access to restaurants, port and many stores. Quiet area, with nice partial view of the sea from the room. Comfortable bed and balcony. Bathroom shape was a bit uncomfortable for accessing the toilet. Some additional storing area was needed for personal toiletries. Kind host, welcoming and ready to offer support and recommend various options available in the area. I appreciated the fact that the host offered us a room with Chichinete, although the room presented on Booking didn't have this facility (and I asked for it in the special requirements section).

Small table on the balcony, as there is no other place to eat. Poor wi fi connection, the bed is not so comfortable as it looks like. Any way, the price corresponding to the quality.

The place is close to the city centre and the beach Paradisos. Very clean.

unfortunately we didn't manage to rest and sleep, on the days we were there there were also 10 Romanians. terribly noisy.. slamming doors, moving furniture, shouts and even from neighboring rooms on the lower floors.. they had taken over the hotel. The insulation of the hotel is not good and you can hear everything from every room. I don't understand why the hotel host didn't make a remark to them after hearing and seeing everything. Still, there were other people who had come on vacation

WiFi didn’t reach our room. Barely any signal as well. Room had no iron. When asked for one it was said it would arrive in 1 hour. We had 2 towels, new ones were not provided after cleaning the next day.

The rooms are smaller than they seem. Our apartment wasn't as nice as the ones in the photos. There was noise from the street and we had to close the balcony door so we could sleep, which was a big issue for me.

The rooms were cleaned every day and it was spotless. The double bed was comfortable and big.
