Spacious and clean. Well located. Host was very accommodating and hospitable. A bottle of bubbles, fruit juice and water on arrival along with a farewell gift. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Open shower water goes everywhere on the bathroom floor.

I loved everything about this Apartment. It looks very modern, clean stylish and cute. My host was an amazing gentleman who was there to provide me with my keys on time and any help if required. I felt like I was at home. The apartment is located in a peaceful area not to far from the strip. I also got some lovely thank you for staying gifts from my host when I was leaving. 10/10 for everything.

There was nothing not to like.

Nice clean apartment. Property is located in a central location close to the Laganas strip but far enough so it is not noisy. Host Giannis is easily contactable and helped with requested decorations for my partners birthday.

Water was salty, however this appears to be to do with the water quality on the island. So suggest using bottled water as required

The accomodation was much bigger than expected with air conditioning in both rooms. Although it’s on a busy street you didn’t hear the street noise which is great in such a busy area. There was complimentary wine and water on arrival and the hospitality was great.

The shower water is salty, although this might be a location issue rather than a property issue.

Loved this apartment! I would absolutely recommend it if you are planning a trip to Zakynthos. The apartment is close to many beaches, restaurants and shops. It’s also very spacious and clean. And the owners are very friendly and welcoming. I don’t have anything negative to say ;)

Nice apartment with two rooms and small kitchen. The balcony outside is cozy and comfortable. Very polite, supportive and friendly owner of the premises.

Since the flat is situated on the ground floor, the neighbors are easily heard (windows look in the yard) if they stay awake at night. Noise from other hotel sometimes can be heard.

Having to check out after two days..would have liked to stay for the whole holiday.but fully booked and I'm not surprised.very quiet at top end ov the strip but thats what I wanted

The property was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to more our stay comfortable. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Zakynthos .

We absolutely loved our stay at Rivulet. We stayed at the superior apartment. The property was so spacious and very well decorated. Also, it was so clean. Small but sweet gesture, there is a complimentary bootle of wine in the room. We had a little problem while we're staying and the owner Giannis immediately dealt with it. He was all helpful, kind and tries to do his best to make your holiday better. A complimentary bottle of wine is given by the property. The property is very close to the center of Laganas. We were not fancy the entertainment around Laganas, so it was really great that property is close enough to center but in the mean time away from all the noise and crowd. Overally, highly recommended.

Believe the reviews of how good this apartment is, because I was suspicious of how good they were. Giannis is helpful from the start and a really nice man. He helped us with our car rental by getting us a discount and speaking to them and having it delivered to us. Sorted out taxis and overall checking in if we needed anything. The suite is beautiful, very well kept and stylish. Big comfy bed and TVs which was nice because we didn't have constantly hot weather going out of season. You can use the pool at Paradise which is also lovely and the bar staff are very friendly.

Due to the time of year (April/May) not a lot was open. But we are glad we had the apartment

After booking we were contacted to let us know to get in touch if there is anything we need or any questions we have. We were welcomed by the owners brother who showed us around and showed us where the pool facility was. He answered any questions we had and gave us the keys -he was lovely! In the apartment was a bottle of wine as a welcome gift and some leaflets of things to do. The owner, Giannis, messaged us to make sure all was ok and to let us know to contact him if we needed anything. Despite it being late at night he arranged a quad bike for us for the next day without hesitation. The apartment is BEAUTIFUL! The bed is HUGE and super comfy! Very clean, and the pool area was nice too! The shower water was nice and hot - just had to give it a moment to run - and we had two aircon units one in the living area and one in the bedroom which we were allowed to use for no extra charge. Throughout our stay Giannis arranged quads for us and made us feel very welcome and comfortable to contact him with any questions - he always replied promptly. Before we checked out he also gave us some souvenirs and a thank you note for staying at Rivulet Suites, he also arranged our taxi to the airport for us! Honestly just 10/10 service from booking to checking out. Cannot recommend enough. I don’t usually take the time to review this in depth but Giannis definitely deserves it, we had a spectacular stay!
