Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Spacious and comfortably furnished apartment - fully corresponds to the description on the site. Excellent sleeping comfort. Spacious terrace. Very fast internet. Definitely recommend. There are parking spaces under the building which we used.

The apartment is very well equipped, clean, and comfortable. It has everything needed for a short or longer stay. The location is great – no more than a 10-minute walk from the beach and a 15-minute drive from the beaches of Ammolofi. Communication with the owners was excellent. It is extremely convenient that check-in is self-service, especially if you arrive late. There is a secured parking space, or you can park freely on the street next to the building.

The apartment is great. There is everything you need and even more. The bed and sofa were comfortable. All furniture and facilities are of a high quality. The location is TOP! 2 minutes walk from the seaside. Close to restaurants and cafes.

Wonderful place where we stayed for a second time. It’s close to the beach and restaurants. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The apartment is spacious and clean. I recommend it!

Very clean apartment with everything you need. Nice location in the central area, but not too noisy. The owner was very friendly and helped us with everything we need. We were with a 2 year old kid and there is everything you need for a nice stay with toddler. The place and the whole area is very beautiful and calm. Thank you very much!

You could easily hear the neighbours. The water pressure in the shower varied a lot.
The apartment is really clean, modern and right next to the tavernas and sea side. There is also an elevator, as our apt was on the second floor.

The apartment was large, sparkling clean and perfectly comfortable for our family. The baby crib was actually a baby bed with a very good mattress - which was awesome. We travel a lot but rarely find a place that hits all the marks - this one did and I highly recommend it.

The apartment was very comfortable and nice. We felt really at home. There was a nice balcony that we had our coffee on and cool kitchen with everything we needed to make our breakfast. Everything was truly clean, this is the first place to cover our high expectations about it. The host was very polite and caring and the communication was easy and helpful. For sure this nice place had big part for the good mood of our vacation. Its a place we would gladly visit again. Thank you!

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like.
