We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was very comfortable and clean, and the location is perfect – just a short walking distance to the center of Kokkari. Every day they surprised us with amazing towel art in the room, which made our stay even more special. Thank you for everything!

Everything was so good

Couldn’t be happier that we choosed Katerina for imour summer! The welcoming of the family, the location and atmosferę everything was just perfect! We loved to come back to our room after the day at the beach to different towels figures created by lovely Katerina. We even received juice at the check in and a small gift at the check out. If I ever come back then definitely to this place. Thank you so much for this stay!

Cleanliness, friendly staff, location

The hotel owner was very helpful. His wife cleaned the room spotlessly every day and surprised us with small touches that brought a smile to our faces. Many thanks to both of them.

Everything was so great! They took care of us very well from the second we step inside their garden to the day we left! The sweet cleaning lady offered us fresh juice as we checked in on a very hot day. And we were welcomed with different cute towel figures everyday! The location is great, we walked everywhere in Kokkari, and they have a free parking area which is so close to their place. If I ever visit Kokkari again, will definitely stay here!

We loved everything from the moment we arrived to leaving after 7 days. The owners were amazing and very hospitable. We loved the towel art that was made every morning from the owner after cleaning our room. The Grandma would bring us oranges from the trees in the beautiful gardens. We even had a couple of lemons. The apartment was well furnished and had a very comfortable bed. We cannot comment on the TV as we didn't turn it on. Just sitting out on the porch was bliss. So close to the shops cafes restaurants and sea. Pan Dora bakery did the best Freddo cappuccino!! Taxi service was very reasonable (all prices are on the metre) Nicos from the mini. market provides a taxi service. We hired a car for a couple of days from Sophies car hire. We would 100% recommend Katerina Appartments! Thank you for having us.

We had such a lovely time! Thank you for making everything so easy and fun! The little towel bunnies made us smile every day, and coming back to a super clean room was the best feeling. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! You really made our holiday better. If we come back to Kokkari, we’ll definitely choose this place again! 💛

From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel truly welcome with refreshing drinks and delicious homemade cookies. They also shared great tips on the best beaches to visit, which made our trip even more special. The garden was absolutely beautiful — we loved starting our mornings there with a cup of coffee, surrounded by vibrant flowers and the company of a sweet cat. The property was spotless, and the housekeeping team went above and beyond, surprising us each day with little treats and adorable towel designs. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Kokkari, close to everything. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a real joy not just to stay here, but also to get to know such wonderful people. Despite being so close to nature, we never had any issues with bugs or pests in the room, which was a big plus. We would definitely love to stay here again — it truly felt like a home away from home.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Katerina Apartments during our visit to Samos. The owner, Katerina, was incredibly lovely and hospitable, always making us feel right at home. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—very close to the town, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the local attractions. We especially appreciated the warmth and kindness Katerina showed us throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming, welcoming place to stay in Samos.

I couldn’t fault it.

The owners, Costas and Despina were absolutely fantastic in every way. Lovely apartment with everything we could need. Location is perfect for both the sea and the village centre.

The communication was excellent throughout my stay. I was met and shown my room and left my luggage (as I arrived early). My hosts were super friendly and welcoming. The place was squeaky clean, I felt like I was staying at my auntie's summer house. Kitchen was well equipped although I didn't make a good use of it, there was a bakery close by and a great restaurant (the beer tavern).

You shouldn't book if you expect luxury facilities, very modest but clean accommodation is provided by very charming hosts.

Lovely, clean apartment and fabulous hosts. In the perect location for Kokkari. Had a lovey holiday there and would definitely return.

We reserved for 2 twin beds but there was only a small double bed. We asked for an extra mattress and it was given. The problem was partially solved

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Katerina apartments in Kokkari. Despina and Kosta were welcoming and made us feel right at home. The apartment was clean and spacious close to shops and restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Our room was cleaned practically every day and Despina's intricate towel-art on our bed welcomed us every time we returned to our room. We would definitely come back again and would recommend Katerina to anyone visiting Samos.
