Did struggle with wifi connectivity and reception generally in the room but it was fine outside the room.

Cave bathroom is awesome and the view is spectacular. Breakfast is lovely.

The room was old and we had problems with ants!!.The staff was helpful but the room still had ants.next day they changed us room. Also if you wanted to have the small windows open just for fresh air to come though there was no protection against mosquitos

Amazing location with stunning views. It was a great place to be able to spend time over looking the view and away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. We watched the sunset and was a very memorable stay. Breakfast was also a great addition and a great way to start the day. Staff were friendly and accommodating and we would definitely stay here again if we come back to visit.

Get ready to deal with steps to take luggage down to your rooms. Hotel staff are helpful with luggage

In the heart of Fira and walking distance from public bus stop. That makes a world of difference. Hotel staff extremely courteous in many ways and very helpful. We loved the landscape and the view from our room and the evenings were spectacular

The Kavalari Hotel provides a fantastic view to the Tholos Naftilos and Thirassia. It also have a good view for the sunset. Nice location at the Fira downtown.

This year we had a very old room, looked very bad, had a window high up that was not within reach to close during the night, clearly the price you pay is for the location on the caldera, but the rooms really need a bit of updating. Our second time with the hotel, but will look for another next time, just because of the state of the rooms.

Location on the caldera, this is what you pay for. And it is amazing.

Be prepared to climb stairs, but this is Santorini. The room was smaller than we expected, but that is probably my fault for getting the cheapest room with a view.

The staff coordinated our transfer from the airport and back for a reasonable price. Perfect location for nightlife and for meeting tour guides. The view was amazing, but I don't know if there is a bad view anywhere on the island. The staff were very courteous and helpful. I don't think the description of the room says anything about breakfast, but it was included in the price, and it was wonderful. Everyone gets the same breakfast, so just sit down at an empty table and wait for possibly the greatest start to day you'll ever have.

Accessing our room on a rainy day was challenging. The rooms are carved out of a steep cliff-dramatic- that involves many slippery stairs!

Hotel was in center of town with great views! Beautiful breakfast service on outdoor patio. Porter carried our bags to room!

There were too many steps that were quite steep which made it very hard for my parents to walk up and down. And also not much of a variety for breakfast, and it was also a cold breakfast. There was not one item that was hot, considering how cold the mornings were.

Loved the view, words can’t describe how beautiful it was. And we got a see a beautiful sunset from right outside our room on our first day.

our room was comfortable enough but is older and is used. and run down, needs a bit of an upgrade for the price altho we do appreciate that you are paying for the view

the view and the room was on the main floor so not many steps with luggage, good breakfast included.
