We booked a small room (expected) . The location is great , the view was charming , the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was comprehensive .

We booked 18m2 room with a small balcony which was small . We expected this to be an issue but overall we enjoyed our stay !

Location and views are amazing

Cave bathroom is awesome and the view is spectacular. Breakfast is lovely.

Did struggle with wifi connectivity and reception generally in the room but it was fine outside the room.

The room was old and we had problems with ants!!.The staff was helpful but the room still had ants.next day they changed us room. Also if you wanted to have the small windows open just for fresh air to come though there was no protection against mosquitos

In the room, there was a strong smell of humidity, like being inside a cave, staff told us that all Santorini was like this, but we re not buying it. Staff was strange, in general, and the free breakfast was mediocre. Only good thing was we only stayed for 1 night and leave. I Don’t recommend this place

The staff . The girl of he reception call us at 8.30 in the morning for a problem of invoice . Insane . Then we leave 30 mn later for the check out and they call us several time . Then the waitress very rude say we have to go . Then sonebody els from the staff come outside from the windows to say we have to leave and our was almost nake !

Service embarrassing

The rooms smell bad, are damp and moldy. I made my reservation through Booking.com, and the listing misleadingly stated that the hotel had parking area. Since I rented a car for this trip, I specifically chose a hotel with parking. However, when I arrived, I was told there was no parking available, and they didn’t even provide any alternative (no offer to cover parking costs or suggest another option). They gave no explanation and offered no help whatsoever. The photos of the rooms are misleading — in reality, they are dirty and not as shown.

Amazing location with stunning views. It was a great place to be able to spend time over looking the view and away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. We watched the sunset and was a very memorable stay. Breakfast was also a great addition and a great way to start the day. Staff were friendly and accommodating and we would definitely stay here again if we come back to visit.

The location, view and staff. The staff was amazing. The gentleman who carried the luggage down all those steps was always helpful and pleasant as the entire staff.

Bathrooms could have been updated.

The property is as central as one can get in Fira. The staff was excellent and communication was superb! The property boats amazing views and my room was no exception. Much to my delight, the room was even better than the pictures online. It was spacious, great furnishings, quiet, comfortable, secure and safe. The free breakfast was lovely and filling. Despite it being located on the main walkway in Fira, it's very private once you enter the property and go down the stairs to the guest and reception area. I would definitely come back and recommend this property to anyone.

Because of its extremally central location, there are often many other tourists in the way of the entrance to the hotel - not a deal breaker. There are quite a few stairs in the property, but that's quite typical of these properties in Fira on the cliffside - I didn't mind, but if you struggle with stairs, I would choose a room closer to the top.

Steps

In the heart of Fira and walking distance from public bus stop. That makes a world of difference. Hotel staff extremely courteous in many ways and very helpful. We loved the landscape and the view from our room and the evenings were spectacular
