Amazing villa with a super clean pool. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were really comfortable. The whole place was spotless. We’ll definitely come back!

Nothing really, as it is a fabulous property that creates a really chilled out vibe, but to be really objective; * ⁠could do with some ambient / mood lighting in living space and bathrooms * ⁠no toaster or microwave, would be helpful (especially a toaster) * ⁠would have been good to know in advance that 3 villas are under construction very close by, the disturbance was NOT material for us, some days none at all (or at worst 0800-1400 and non invasive / structural), and it did not detract from our stay, but maybe others would feel differently

Location, space, style, setting … short walk to idyllic beach with clear waters and several bars / tavernas / restaurants … wonderful. Wouldn’t hesitate to return …

Top floor A/C was noisy, an outdoor table would be a good addition.

Kiotari is a quiet and small in a low key part of Rhodes, with a cool beach club only a few minutes away. Gennadi village is close too with a couple of shops, bars and restaurants. Property is modern and clean with a nice pool.

Some minor building works taking place on a couple of occasions. Seem to be constructing new buildings between the villa and the sea, which is a shame. Hope the view isn’t spoiled as a result.

Beautiful villa! We had an amazing time staying at Kiotari Akti Villas. There is so much outdoor space and the pool is a good size. The villa has everything you need for your stay - we loved having a BBQ too! The location is peaceful and has lots of nice tavernas and a supermarket close by. We would 100% recommend staying here!

So impressed! Beautiful villa with spectacular views, lots of taverns walking distance. Can’t recommend this villa enough. So clean, tastefully decorated and has everything you need, even a few cold beers in the fridge.

Beautiful two-storey villa with direct sea views, clean pool, everything modern and clean, well equipped kitchen, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker, outdoor grill. Very comfortable beds, bath and pool towels. The neighboring 2 villas are sufficiently separated to provide real privacy. The weather was great, the sea was beautiful and warm, the pool was completely clean, cleaned every 4th day. Impeccable communication with the landlord and the owner. A well-stocked marker about 1 km, in the vicinity of about 4 taverns, we rate the closest one as the best - Sirocco. Definitely advisable to rent a car, we used Marathon Care, almost a new car and everything without any problems. Although we don't normally do it and want to get to know new people, we are really happy to come back here.

Honestly, the only thing I regret is that our stay was too short.

It was the perfect holiday as it matched our expectations and even exceeded them as sometimes photos can be deceptive. Not this time. It was a perfect place for my family - we needed a quiet yet comfortable place with everything around in a walkable distance - beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. The villa is equipped with everything you can imagine. All is thought out to the last detail - from various kitchen utensils to the window screens to protect you against insects if needed. But apart from the amazing sea and luxury of the villa (my daughter who is an artist was especially fascinated by its amazing decor made of natural materials), I would like to mention the host's personal touch. They took care about our transfer from/to the airport, cold beverages waited for us upon arrival as well as the booklet with useful information and tips about the villa and its surroundings to make our holiday as comfortable as possible. This is the first time in my life when I want to return to the same place again

Due to early season (second week of April), many restaurants were still closed or about to open in the next 2 weeks. We can recommend Il Porto as a very good family restaurant serving home cooked Greek dishes. This is a nice change from all the different fresh fish restaurants in the area.

We stayed 5 nights at the Kiotari Akti Beachfront villa Louise. The location is wonderful in a quiet area of the town, a little uphill with spectacular view on the ocean from the 2 bedrooms and from the terrace. The villa is very well equipped with everyting we needed for preparing breakfast and lunch. We did not cook for diner although pots and pans are available. We enjoyed the sitting area on the terrace next to the pool. Although the water was still a bit cold in April, we liked the vacation feeling of the pool. All was very clean in the villa and its outdoor space. Self check-in was easy with keylocker outside the villa. Pool towels are available as well so no need to bring your own. There is a supermarket and gelateria within waking distance of the villa.

We stayed here last year and loved it so much, we decided to come back for a second year. Nothing's changed, it's just as brilliant, clean and quality as it was the first year. Yiannis is a super host, always at the end of the phone and just helps the accommodation be what it is - excellent.

Excellent service and location, generous hosts Yannis and Teo. Sea views were just gorgeous. Small presents from brothers made whole vacation comfortable and tasty! Will definitely book this property again!
