How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

If I had to say something probably would be the missing shower curtain just to avoid splashing around the bathroom
Clean property, big balcony and air condition cooling down the whole studio. We liked that the room was cleaned before our arrival and then after our departure.

The apartment is big,comfortable and clean. The balcony is also big and the sea view is beautiful. The location is good,close to everyrhing, beach, supermarkets, restaurants. The host was very nice and helpful.

Very close to the restaurants, clubs, markets so to go and eat dinner you dont need to drive a car. Balcony view was great, apartment was clean and big in comparison to the rest one bedroom apartments i saw . It has everything you need during your stay. Kitchenette could be better equipped, corkscrew would be useful and maybe some wine glasses, that was all what I didn't have and needed during my stay. I didn't ask the owners though, I'm sure if I asked they would provide it. Owners were keeping good contact and were asking everyday is everything fine. besides bed was very comfortable, parking has a lot of space and there was nothing what was disturbing my stay. Big yes! It was exceptional!

Host and his Family are very friendly and helpful. They helped us regain our license plates when we parked on wrong place and police took them.

It is to hot in the rooms and very noisy in the living, from the main road traffic.
The apartment it has a nice view to the sea from the bedroom and a private secured parking.

There is nothing I can say I didn't like; only I would expect to have a kettle in the room; which I also recommended to manager and he added they will put. It wasn't a big deal.
The location was excelent, the hotel was just at the middle of the island. The view of our room was amazing with a great sea view. Our room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.

The matresses were too soft.
The apartment is nice and clean with a lovely terrace. There are some great tavernas near by.

The apartment is on the main street,close to the centar, easy to find. And very clean, with all facilities, and every apartment had a big private terase.

Everything was perfect, the apartment was wonderful with a nice terrace, the host was nice and helpful, there were many shops and restaurants in the town and the beach and the sea were beautiful.

Only one large pot and one burnt pan, two knives, no mugs, no ladle.
A beautiful, well-kept, comfy, clean apartment overlooking a large green backyard/garden with banana and olive trees. Apartments at the top floor have a wonderful seaview. The owners are very pleasent and hospitable. Linen are changed every 3 days.

Everything was nice about property .
It was having a very beautiful view to the sea, it was having one beach close to ~15 minutes walking, very clean, and has all the facilities , air conditioners, fridge, balcony.. very nice

Bathroom is bit small but it was clean, no problem.
Very good location, room was clean, all things were as new. Room has balcony with view. Owner family are very nice people and very helpful, thank you again.

Bed was a bit squeecky, but in the rest perfect.
Very Nice room. Sincer we were the only ones in the Villa we got upgraded to top floor sea View for free. Spacious room. Clean, very modern. Bathroom very food and clean . Very food condițions.
