No A/C in the room, but you don’t need it at night even if it’s 30degC + during the day. Night’s temperatures are comfortable.

The room was very nice and clean. As shown on the pictures. Breakfast was amazing! Owner was available and helpful. Great place to stay at while in the Vikos area. Not a long drive to Vikos or Papingo. I recommend it.

Absolutely nothing….except for the fact we weren’t able to stay longer!

A fabulous stay at the lovely Kipi Suites. The staff are genuinely wonderful, nothing is too much trouble and they went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The room was luxurious and had everything we needed, the bed was comfy and shower was hot with good water pressure. The breakfast, which is included, is really first rate with lots of choice and all fresh and/or homemade. A real treat! All in all, a wonderful stay which comes highly recommended.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The room was lovely, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the view from the place is breathtakingly peaceful and quiet – the perfect escape. A special thank you to Spiros, who was such a kind and attentive host. He made sure we had everything we needed and was always available for any question or request. The whole experience was amazing, and we would gladly come back again. Highly recommended!

Nothing. Just perfect! One of the best hotel rooms I have visited and especially quality price wise top!

The room we had was amazing. Lot’s of space. Very comfortable bed. Bonuspoints for the Nespresso machine. Amazing breakfast, really top. Many healthy choices. You can easy start hiking from the village. After the hike you can take a nice warm bath. Just perfect and that for an amazing price.

Facilities, location and service were great, just like in the photos. The whole difference to this property though, is made by the excellent management Spyros does! More than welcoming, he was always prompt to help, suggest and host us. Day or night he held a big smile on his face, making us feel like home! Definitely a great choice and highly recommended. Spyros keep it up and thank you for everything!

There was some humming noise from the water pump, which could be heard at night. Being an old structure there is not sufficient noise insulation from the suite up stairs.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location has a nice view. The suite is very spacious and has a comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice and offered a good variety.

Great location with several hiking routes of different difficulty levels starting from Kipoi village, several options for dinning around the hotel, excellent breakfast buffet with homemade savory and sweet pies being the highlight, rooms with fireplace that is restocked with kindling every morning, spacious bathrooms and elegantly decorated rooms. Above all though the attentiveness and overall hospitality of Spyros, the General Manager of the hotel who went above and beyond to ensure we have a memorable stay! We’ll certainly be back again

Fireplace location in our room was not ideal. Plus had some "working" issues

Extremely friendly and hospitable staff. Good breakfast, and sometimes also had additional options not on the buffet. Nicely decorated and cosy room. Peacefull location with magnificent view when sitting on the terrace. Also had a nice fireplace/room that all the visitors could enjoy books/drinks/games.

Nothing, all was just perfect!

The best place we stayed at in central Zagoria. The room is incredible and the fireplace is a perfect add-onto the experience. Stay in the mountains of Kipi with an amazing view! The bed is so soft and comfortable you don’t want to get out of and the shower is just luxurious. Spirous hosted us with the best service and care and assisted with everything we needed and the breakfast made by Anastastia was remarkable! We couldn’t ask for more and enjoyed every second of it.

The flies in the area are very annoying, but this is not hotel's problem and definitely they cannot solve that. They are everywhere.

The room was very large and very clean. I have never ever smelled better bed sheets in my life. We visited the hotel in August and we did not need any air-condition facilities. The view is amazing and the area around is quiet and perfect for a calm nice sleep. The staff are very friendly and give you tour suggestions. The breakfast was very tasty with the basic staff though. We are very happy with our choice and i would recommend this hotel to anybody.
