Czech RepublicI would not say this is a 4 star hotel. I think 3 is more suitable. Weak wifi coverage in some places and rooms, slow. You can hear everything in the hotel rooms. First week we were in the first room in the row with mountain view, so we did not have any neighbors from one side, it was perfect. It was probably low season too, next week we had to move to another room because of our reservation. It was above reception view to the hotel middle section. You can hear your neighbors even roll toilet paper in the bathroom. Many families moved in with kids, they were yelling in the corridors late in the night, people always slamming their room doors, they had parties and discussions next room until early morning. I understand this is more about hotel guests than hotel itself, but the experience was completely different. Old pool equipment.
Nice smaller hotel, close to the beach, shops, pharmacy, restaurants and car rentals. Food is perfect and tasty, you have quite good selection of meals every day. Drinks are decent. Pool was clean. It can be repetitive for some, but it was ok for us and we stayed for almlost 2 weeks. Bed is very comfy, but we like hard matress. Beach is 5 minutes of walk, water is clean, but the beach was full of sea weed when we came. It is slowly dissolving, so it may not be there in couple of weeks. You can find parts with nice water access without it, but you might need to walk a bit in a heat towards the city. I do not count it as hotel negative. If recommend to rent an ATV at least for 2 or 3 days and travel around the island. In my oppinion you can find best beaches in eastern part of the island. I recommed ATV, because roads are pretty rocky and bumpy in the hills and you can access beautiful places which with car you cannot. There is 50 kph speed limit all over the island, so I felt safe driving it. Try some trips, the one to Turtle island is quiet nice, just beware of alltrips.co.uk travek agency which has leaflets on the reception. They are scammers.

United KingdomFacilities for young children - apart from a small paddling pool, there are none. It would be great if they had some slides, or splashy things and some entertainment, especially in the evening when the pool is closed. The rooms are very basic, I'd call them 'Spartan'. Would be helpful to have some furniture with drawers but more importantly- some washing lines on the balcony to dry swimming suits. Our room was quite run down with some broken furniture which is unsafe for young children.
It's a cosy, small hotel very close to a quiet but beautiful beach. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday, Klelia is a good place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Generally, the atmosphere is nice.

GermanyWe were very disappointed with our stay. The hotel markets itself as 4 stars, but it is far from that, more like 2 stars. The hotel grounds were poorly maintained: garbage was scattered everywhere, the lawn was burned out, and the sunbeds were old, damaged, or stained. Beach towels were tiny, old, and in poor condition. For our 5-year-old child, they provided a crib for babies and promised to bring a proper bed in the evening, but no one came. Luckily, we noticed that our bed had a lower frame and we had to set it up ourselves to give our child a proper place to sleep. The kitchen and breakfast left a lot to be desired: • Utensils and kitchen tools were not properly cleaned. • Tomatoes were not fresh, yet the staff still served them to guests. • Eggs at breakfast literally swam in oil. • The service cart and cleaning cloths used by staff were filthy, blackened and unhygienic. And this was the service cart in the kitchen! • Coffee was only instant from a machine; no proper coffee was available. We paid around €1,500 for 7 days, all-inclusive, via Booking, but hardly ate in the hotel due to questionable cleanliness and food quality. The only positive was the cleanliness of the room itself, BUT even there you couldn’t fully relax, since the smell from the plumbing was overwhelming So I can’t recommend this hotel at all

Swimming pool small and dirty - sunbeds and tables have never been wiped clean. Shame!!! Not enough space for all the guests
