Everything was perfect.Starting from how clean was the room up to the personnel and the location.For sure we’re gonna revisit.

Hotel situated basically 3 meters away from water, on the beach. Very nice bars and tavernas around. All amenities, friendly and helpful staff, hotel private parking nearby, free sunbeds on premises.

We wanted to bring our parents (they didn’t stay at the hotel) to our balcony but that wasn’t allowed which was a bummer.

Tea and Coffee facilities should be standard. The fridge is there, just adds the touch that customers appreciate.

Terrific room and size was good. The fact we had additional pillows available is something other places should impliment.the shower was a great rainhead

there are no moskito nets and the area is full of moskitos, very very annoying. we had to deal with like 45 on arrival, took us ofrever to get rid of them

Sun beds a little tired, several broken still with seven weeks of season to go. Aforementioned petrol smell. No kettle in room, offered one at extra cost after a few days. Poor as don't offer onsite drinks. There are no eating or drinking facilities at the hotel but breakfast option is offered up the beach in Minoa hotel. However there are plenty of very good restaurants, cafes, takeaways and bakery and supermarket nearby.

Excellent location apart from petrol smell from hire boats 10 metres away from beach front. Ask them to store petrol elsewhere. Helpful booking staff, confirmed shower and sea view and arranged good value taxi transfer to Kalamata. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Great change of towels, could provide a greener option though. Good shower. Beautiful view from balcony. Nice covered seating area outside. Plenty of seats.

The only problem with Knossos and Minoa hotels run by same family is that they are always fully booked:) So plan ahead and you will have the most unique experience in Greece .

Parking was provided. The view was nice from the balcony. The beach is under your balcony basically, which is nice. A few good restaurants close on the beach, we like the food in those. Clean and with a good bed. Was a bit complicated to find it and the parking lot. But the staff was super helpful to sort it out:)

Nothing. It delivers what you need without frills at an amazing price

The room was big enough, cleaned promptly every day and with a very nice sea view. The breakfast was provided at a sister property 100 meters away, it was varied and tasty and a great way to start the day having breakfast in teh sun watching the sea. The staff was super nice and attentive. The hotel couldn't be in a better location. Literally on the sand with restaurants and bars next doors but no noise.

This is a hotel that requires some upgrading. However, given that this is a part of family owned hotels in Tolo most of the time you end up spending your day at their sister hotel where the facilities are much nicer. Even the breakfast is serviced at another property. Overall it is a quiet almost adult only property that is steps away for the sea. This is an overflow hotel in my opinion to house guests that cannot find a nicer room in other properties.

Great location directly at the beach, no road or sidewalk between the hotel and the sea. Very very friendly staff and even free parking (on the parking lot of Hotel Minoan, belongs to the same owner). Smalish room (for three) but at a very fair price, even got an upgrade from garden to sea view. Although it's an older hotel, the owner has managed to keep it in excellent shape. All facilities were very clean.

Location perfect for a lovely relaxing break with a gorgeous view and a few steps from the beach. Bathrooms have been renovated to good standard. Breakfast plentiful with options. Maria, who works afternoon shift, is the smiling gem of the hotel - makes guests feel very welcome and valued and nothing is too much trouble.

It could be a little cheaper given the age of the hotel, a multisocket at bed lamps so you could charge your phone would be super helpful.

Aircondition unit was not maintained. Really bad airflow, got sick. No coffee or any other beverages onsite, had to go elsewhere.
