Parking is a bit crowded for the whole town so keep that in mind, but generally early in the morning or later in the afternoon it gets emptier.

Anastasia (the owner) is a sweetheart! We had so many conversations, she helped us with the bags and gave us tips for our vacation. She cleaned, changed towels and sheets every two days which was great!

The location is great – a typical Greek setting that's both charming and authentic. The place is beautiful, with the beach just a short walk away. The accommodation is clean, functional, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Altogether, it creates the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing vacation.

Pretty noisy and crowded in the front of apartmen at late hours, because you are literally on the street.

Hospitality, clean room and very polite owner. We were enjoy, and feel like home. We certanly recommend this studio for a low price, if you are just there to take a nap and sleep.

The other reviews were completely accurate. The room was small but cosy, clean, quiet and covered all the basics. The host, Anastasia, was very polite and extremely helpful. Plus it was real value-for-money for a popular destination like Lefkada island in late July.

Maybe a little noisy until midnight ( twin room that is on the street). A bedside light would have been handy, but not an issue.

On main street,but normally no problem. On last trip men parking motorbikes next to property woke me up before dawn with conversations. Earplugs not a bad idea.

Anastasia is the best host. She was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. She even offered to help us find us the next accommodation we stayed at by calling everyone she knew( we only booked a couple of days in Agios Nikitas). The studio is very clean and it has everything you need.Another big plus is the location. Everything is at a 1 minute walk from the beach, all shops and taverns.

Lovely little room right in the centre but quiet, a few steps from the beach. There is a little kitchen adjoining the room and a terrace where we you can have your breakfast/meals. Anastasia is a wonderful, lovely host. She was really warm and welcoming and gave us good tips.

I didn't like the bathroom door.

It is a budget accommodation, it is basic but comfortable enough to have a nice vacation in wonderful Lefkada. My rating is also given for the convenient price, but especially for the owner. Yes, Anastasia is a wonderful host.

There was a lot of noise early in the morning due to the the transport, loading on and unloading from the lorries of food and beverages. But this is not necessarily a bad thing, if you want to live the full vibe of the environment 😉

The owner, ms Anastasia was really helpful and kind with us. The room was on the main road of Saint nikitas and was full of life! The kitchenette had everything we wanted (filter coffee machine, portable burner, etc). The studios are close to the famous beach Milos, which you can reach only by feet (15-20 mins walking).

Met on arrival by Anastasia who is the most lovely person, very helpful. House is in centre of the pedestrianised village next to great cafés, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Even so, it was fairly quiet in the room. 1 minute walk to the beach. Great wifi, nice patio. Tiny ‘kitchen’, good to make a cuppa, not much more but who needs to with all that’s around.
