Location, Anastasia the owner was so kind!

Anastasia (the owner) is a sweetheart! We had so many conversations, she helped us with the bags and gave us tips for our vacation. She cleaned, changed towels and sheets every two days which was great!

Parking is a bit crowded for the whole town so keep that in mind, but generally early in the morning or later in the afternoon it gets emptier.

The location is great – a typical Greek setting that's both charming and authentic. The place is beautiful, with the beach just a short walk away. The accommodation is clean, functional, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Altogether, it creates the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing vacation.

You could not get a better location with the beach right down the road and heaps of shops and restaurants so close by. Such a good price for the area too you absolutely could not find a better deal, the owner of the hotel is also so kind and was really helpful with a taxi from the bus station. The room itself was quite large and the bed quite comfortable, cooking essentials etc were all there.

Unfortunately there were 2 quite annoying problems for us, firstly the bathroom was simply a nightmare. Pipes constantly making weird loud noises, the sink wouldn’t plug properly so the water wouldn’t drain, and where do I even begin with the shower. No screen or anything so when you’d shower the entire bathroom floor/toilet/sink would get saturated . No hook to hold the shower head either you had to manually hold it whilst soaping or washing your hair and the hot water only worked for about 2 minutes before going completely cold. Secondly, it may be specific to the room as we were in the front right by the road but the noise was very bad. Cars/motorcycles/voices could be heard so loudly as the room has such poor sound proofing. Even inside the actual building it was loud with other people coming and going or if someone in another room would shower or flush the toilet you could hear it. You couldn’t go to sleep before midnight or you’d be woken up immediately by the noise. I feel bad even complaining as the host was so warm and inviting but there 2 things really effected our stay in this room and really need some attention. All in all it is still a great budget room and perfect location but I would be mindful of these things before booking.

Anastasia is an amazing host, made us feel right at home, you can tell that she truly cares about her guests. The room is located right in the heart of Agios Nikitas where all the taverns and bars are, so its location is very central. The main beach is less than 50 meters away, Milos beach about 15-20mins by foot. The room is also exceptionally clean. Highly recommended!

Hospitality, clean room and very polite owner. We were enjoy, and feel like home. We certanly recommend this studio for a low price, if you are just there to take a nap and sleep.

Pretty noisy and crowded in the front of apartmen at late hours, because you are literally on the street.

The host was amazing, very friendly and kind and the house was perfect.

The other reviews were completely accurate. The room was small but cosy, clean, quiet and covered all the basics. The host, Anastasia, was very polite and extremely helpful. Plus it was real value-for-money for a popular destination like Lefkada island in late July.

Maybe a little noisy until midnight ( twin room that is on the street). A bedside light would have been handy, but not an issue.

Always love staying here in heart of Agios Nikitas. Well looked after and nothing too much trouble.Location ideal as close to beaches, tavernas,shops etc.Good value and home from home.

On main street,but normally no problem. On last trip men parking motorbikes next to property woke me up before dawn with conversations. Earplugs not a bad idea.

A perfect location on the small street down to the beach, and with everything a couple need for a short break. Anastacia our host was very helpful. We'll be back!

Loved the place!

The room was only 1 minute from Agios Nikitas beach. Nearby coffees, tavernas and markets. I loved Agios Nikitas and I really recomand to stay at Kostantinas Studios. Anastasia was so kind and lovely too and asked us all the time if we need something.

Excellent location, hygiene at a high level, hospitality. A wonderful hostess. I felt like at home 😍
