Only thing I would recommend is adding a small cooking pan to the kitchen equipment.

It would have been good to have some more basic cooking items provided (such as salt and oil) in the kitchen, so we could more easily use the self catering for our 4-day stay without having to buy items we couldn't take home.

The staff was very friendly, and their communication was very good, we connected not only via Booking.com but also by WhatsApp so I was able to let them know when our ferry was delayed so we would arrive late. The location is very convenient, right next to a supermarket, bike hire and a cafe, within walking distance of several restaurants and right next to the beach. The pool was clean with plenty of quiet periods and it was very quiet in the area at night.

Super clean room and general area! The stuff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The location of the villas was really good, next to a bakery and a super market. Ideally recommended for couples and families who want a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The pool was a big plus!

Hadn’t realised that ‘split level’ meant two floors, with an open staircase. Needed care going up and down! Very close to the motorbike hire garage, so sometimes a bit of engine noise.

Very clean and well equipped . Near the supermarket and several very nice restaurants and the beach. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Other guests were quiet. Lovely balconies with a view of the sea.

Our visit was great - we stayed in an impeccably clean and really comfortable two-floor apartment. We had two balconies, both with lovely views, and a super comfy bed. Kostis Villas is right next to a fab little supermarket and a delicious bakery, within a few minutes walk of the beach, and has a lovely pool area. You couldn't ask for more at this price point!

Great place, great staff, great island! Everything was wonderful. It was as clean as it possible, all the communication was correct and the staff was helpful, the bakery, restaurant and beach nearby are great. The room was also equipped with everything you may need, with two large comfortable balconies. It has a rather small shower but always clean and with warm water. Thanks a lot!

Absolutely nothing.

The property is in an excellent location, close to the sea and lovely places to eat. The rooms were spotlessly clean and cleaned every single day. Beautiful. The room was a good size and cool with good air conditioning. The pool was great, plenty of sun beds and shade when required. The staff were so friendly and made our stay just great. the apartments are quiet and we got excellent sleep there! Also close to a fab bakery and supermarket.

From the warm welcome to the spotlessly clean room, location right next to a supermarket, bakery and a short walk to restaurants and the beach - there was nothing to fault. The two friendly cleaners worked so hard everyday to make the place spotless.

There was nothing we didn't like!

George was a fabulous host who met us and made sure we were comfortable and happy with our room. The room was spotless. The cleaners were very good and also helpful and kind, especially Irene. The pool was excellent and the sunbeds were comfortable and there was never a problem in getting one. Kostis Villas were exceptional. Also for ease we were next door to a supermarket and bakery. Kostis Villas was peaceful, Adult only and beautifully kept. We are definitely returning.

To be really honest, the cooking facility was not very useful. Boiling an egg was about its limit and there was no microwave or other type of oven and no toaster. Thankfully there were facilities outside the complex that compensated and we did not go hungry !

The pool area was fine - perhaps a little small in full season (we went very early in the year) and we could not fault the smart and clean property at all as well as its close proximity to a supermarket and a great bakery. The beach was a very short walk away and a 15minute walk into Poros town was no problem for evening meals. George (owner) was a really nice guy and Virginia who looked after our room and kept the pool area spick and span was a delight and had quite good english.

Well… There was a bathtub in our room and I prefer a shower… This is me, desperately trying to find something… negative… but the water pressure was up to the task as well as the constant warm water so…

Location just perfect! Not quite in the marina area so you have some peace and quiet but at the same time perfectly close to the marina center (if that’s where you want to eat your dinner). Friendly customer service all the way. Then… Next to a quiet market for food and bew shopping. Next to the best bakery in town - like, wow, literally 50 meters away! Also next to a scooter, quad bike and e-cycle rental with amazing guest service! Rooms- super clean and comfortable. Upper levels have really nice views to the pool and even to the sea. Ground floor does not have that but is close to pool access so def also worth the money. So. When you visit Poros- this is a place to stay 100%. Get your snacks from from the store, some wheels next door and a cappuccino and a tasty toast from the bakery. You will just love this island!

Beautiful clean apartment and surrounding pool area, very well maintained. Close to Askeli beach and plenty of places to eat. 2K walk into Poros town of €7 for a taxi.

The hotel is very well kept and in an ideal location to access the beach in Askeli with watersports and plenty of options for food. To get to Poros Town centre it's just a 5-10 minutes small boat ride (very affordable at 2 euros per person) or taxi (about 5-6 euros) but we loved to mostly walk the distance (about 1.2 miles) and enjoy the scenery. The room was very spacious for just two people and extremely clean with a daily tidying/cleaning by the hotel staff :) After the mornings at the beach, the hotel pool was a bonus to cool off and relax a bit before the night outing. What cannot go unmentioned though, was the hotel manager who was very friendly, helpful and respectful. We noticed that attitude in general on all the locals in Poros and it left a really positive note on our trip as a whole!
