there were 3 suites next to each other on the first floor and they had the same "entrance" area which was were loud like a tunnel, you could hear inside the rooms when somebody arrived or left (not to mention the loud neighboors). Also the bed was a bit too soft

We wanted to book for 6days but rooms were full and we were only able to book 1day in 1 room and 5 days in an other due to room availability. Upon arrival they told us they upgraded our room (chic) to a junior suite (with no extra charge!) so we could stay in that for the whole week and don't need to check in and check out again which was very kind first impression and made our day. Room were awesome, location is great easy to walk anywhere cool restaurants nearby, breakfast selection is enormous you can eat whatever you want, staff is super friendly. Pool is nice and warm with sunbeds.

The rooms are not exactly like pictured on the website, but quite nice. The towels were not exchanged frequently, just re-arranged.

Nice overall location with many facilities, 3 pools, children's playground, dining garden, all surrounded by trees and nicely arranged. The beach is at 7 mins walk. Good & diverse breakfast. Great staff!

A truly peaceful and relaxing hotel. It's our second time here, and we totally recommend it. The staff are outstanding, always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with a warm smile. The pool area is perfect for a relaxing day, whether you're trying to beat the heat or simply want to enjoy your holiday book in a quiet atmosphere. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, with air conditioning and fresh towels provided daily. It's a wonderful place for couples, but also ideal for families with children, as there are dedicated kids` pools and shaded playgrounds. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk away, and along the way you'll find convenient shops where you can pick up water, fruit, and other essentials. Near to the beach, around 5 minutes walk and on the road you can find shops where you can buy water, fruits etc. Many restaurants nearby, only 5 minutes walk (or you can eat at the hotel restaurant). First night that I spent to the property our AC unit had a fault and it was leaking water right in the bed. Also the bathroom was smelling horrible from the sewer and it is no extractor fan or any window to freshen the air. I reported to receptionist and I received a Fan for the night, because it was really warm in the room, with the promise that both issues will be fixed the next morning! The next morning indeed AC and the bathroom smell was fixed, however in just 24 more hours the bathroom started to smell again. I chosen not to report it again because I knew it was no definitive fix for that! Bed mattresses are very very soft, and mine was deformed so bad that I had a back pain after first night. Reported to reception but they have same mattresses in all the facility. I was not expecting to have an experience like this in a 4 star hotel. I have chosen this place considering it is perfect for my Wedding Anniversary. In a 2 star hotel I got better services all around then here! I would definitely not come back!

The rooms were tidy every day but not cleaned properly and the breakfast kind of everyday is the same , i wish if there even more variety of food

Room (304) facing the back was small, bland and quite dark due to no windows, just the door to balcony which again was small! As mentioned by previous guests the noise from dogs barking and the chickens is pretty continuos throughout the night and some of the day, this was the most disappointing part of our stay. They don't promote their own restaurant at the hotel, no menus displayed outside!

Even though there was a lot of variety at breakfast, quality of meals and products was very poor, also not very tasty, quite artificial.

The bathroom was far away from the level of a 4 star hotel. For dinner, usually there was no vegetarian option.
