The apartman is comfortable and cozy. It is located near a beautiful beach with natural shade. About 2 km away there is a well-kept beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. The landlady Andrea is very kind and helpful. Parking is in the courtyard in the shade of olive trees. All recommendations.

The apartment was large with a large balcony. Everything was exceptionally clean. We had a really pleasent stay there and Ms Andrea is an exceptionally hospitable and a friendly host.

Peaceful place, close to the beach, with a big garden, lots of olive and fruit trees. Andrea, the lady owner, very pleasant and helpful. We had the apartment with terrace, very clean, well equiped, big kitchen and bathroom, well protected from mosquitos, everything went smoothly. As for the beach, the nearest one, is peaceful, wild, clean, with a forrest on a side. I highly recommed to have Aqua shoes for some of Kassandra beaches. From this wild beach, after a walk of just few minutes on the beach, you can find Akteon Beach Bar with sunbeds and umbrellas for rent, bar and restaurant with an amazing view. Kriopigi has nice bars, traditional restaurants, bakery, 24h open cake shop.

The property is connected to the main road with a very narrow path with blind turns that in many places is hard to accommodate two cars coming from opposite directions. The road to the closest beach in the other direction is in poor shape with deep holes and uneven in several places.

The property was an one bedroom apartment with a small kitchen on the side of the living room. The bathroom was large and clean. There was parking available very close by that made it easy tho carry things from the car. I particularly liked that it was very quiet and relaxing with very few people around. The owners are very polite and helpful.

No Wi-Fi. The beds in almost all Greece are tight, too hard mattresses. However given the perfect silence, we slept well even though.

Very quiet place, beautiful fruits garden, very spacy, rooms and bathroom are big. Good protection from mosquitos in the rooms. Helpful host. Very quiet wild beach, no umbrellas, no music, just few people on it. We could taste the fruits directly from the trees.

No Wi-Fi. Communication with the landlady was really poor. Our main issue was with payment. I took responsibility for not reading information that we should pay with cash upon arrival, that she sent us to different inbox (we had two reservations at this venue, because we rebooked for more expensive apartment after she recommended us to do so). So, this message ended up in inbox for canceled reservation and I wasn’t checking it. I thought I would pay with card via Booking, how I previously selected. After realizing what happened, we agreed to send money directly to her bank account, but she persisted with impatience and bitter tone of voice even after the payment was transferred. Sent me messages full of exclamation marks and passive aggression. Obviously she wasn’t satisfied with us either, and a lot of misunderstanding played a role due to language barrier, but I apologized dozen of times and solved the issue quickly. Not a way to treat anyone, especially guests. It sadly ruined 60% of my vacation.

The apartment is big and clean, has beautiful yard and it’s close to the beach. It was safe and comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like was that the owner was a bit annoying. She was very friendly and chatty, but sometimes you need space and do your own thing, not having a 15 min small talk conversation

It was close to the beach. Very clean. I loved the fact that they were recycling the trash.
